Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Socrates - 02 Aug 2007 11:47 - 17560 of 24230

Kangaroos have several collective nouns to describe a group, mob, herd and troop being the main ones. Mob is the most used that I have heard, especially with Aussies.

Socrates - 02 Aug 2007 11:57 - 17561 of 24230

More collective nouns:

Crocodiles - Congregation or float.

my favourite

Larks - Exaltation

Bluelady - 02 Aug 2007 12:14 - 17562 of 24230

Perhaps cuddly crocodiles???

No Keaydian 1 litre is far too much.

stockbunny - 02 Aug 2007 13:26 - 17563 of 24230

Gawd.....it's all a bit scientific in here today!
I'll just get on with sorting out some bangers and chips for anyone who's peckish.

Spaceman - 02 Aug 2007 14:17 - 17564 of 24230

jeffmack - 02 Aug 2007 16:56 - 17569 of 24230

Too many animals in here lately, I like to stay out of the farm

stockbunny - 02 Aug 2007 17:01 - 17570 of 24230

jeffmack - 02 Aug 2007 17:03 - 17571 of 24230

JStratford - 02 Aug 2007 17:05 - 17572 of 24230

Evening all. Was about to make a philosphical statement... but can't be arsed

Socrates - 02 Aug 2007 17:07 - 17573 of 24230

Maybe we should get Guinness on draught, easy enough to lay a pipeline direct to Ireland.

stockbunny - 02 Aug 2007 17:18 - 17574 of 24230

In some circle JS "can't be arsed" IS a philosophical statement! LOL ;>)

KEAYDIAN - 02 Aug 2007 19:35 - 17575 of 24230

Pours himself a Guinness

optomistic - 02 Aug 2007 19:47 - 17576 of 24230

Socco if you look back 25 zillion posts ( when you were at work) we had a pipeline
laid direct to Ireland, it was in great demand in those days :-)
Evening K

KEAYDIAN - 02 Aug 2007 19:58 - 17577 of 24230

Evening opto, gulp gulp gulp gulp

Spaceman - 02 Aug 2007 22:06 - 17578 of 24230

2 gallons of guinness and a glass of water for my small friend lambykins please.

optomistic - 02 Aug 2007 22:25 - 17579 of 24230
