Just spent several hours soldering together a Hi-Fi amp I am making, thought it was going OK so I connected up the power supply to check it and it was fine, feeling rather pleased with myself I carefully disconnected the mains and thought I would connect up the whole thing. Just then I moved it and managed to short out the power supply smoothing capacitors which made a huge spark and bang and scared the s*** out of me, I have done that before but it always scares me !!!

Better leave the rest until the morning.

Sorry to hear about your local yob probs. Dave - can sympathise, seems
they are everywhere these days. Hope you have gone back to bed and
caught up some sleep.

So how is everyone today? All appear bright and breezy and no sign
of the hangovers mentioned last night - it's amazing what a little
practise can do ;>)

I was a good lad and left at midnight, or near enough, can't stand the pace that is set in here at night. Afternoon Bunny.
