Nice 12 million buys, some institutions buying or some more director buys?

mactavish - 21 Jun 2005 17:24 - 1760 of 3776

In case anyone doesn't realise what a bargain they may be buying into...

Interactive entertainment firm YooMedia has launched a new division, YES, (YooMedia Enhanced Solutions), a multi-channel interactive solutions provider, enabling marketers to use the most appropriate platform for specific campaign objectives.
The service will provide a one-stop shop for marketers to implement campaigns across multiple media, including mobile, interactive TV and broadband.

Based in London, YES will have an initial staff of eight account directors, experienced in the online mobile and iTV sectors, supported by a team of 40 interactive platform designers and developers.

Nestle Rowntree has already signed up to YES, powering its recent Kit Kash promotion, which allowed customers to redeem virtual currency via an SMS-based on-pack call-to-action and then bid for items at the KitKash.co.uk auction site.

David Bainbridge, previously managing director of mobile marketing agency Whoosh and deputy marketing director at Channel 5, will lead YES.

Forward thinking marketing managers understand that we have entered a new era of communication where they need to be engaging with consumers rather than just talking at them, said Bainbridge.

Despite the opportunities that interactive marketing clearly provides, many brand managers remain confused by the opportunities offered by these new channels and the plethora of interactive providers across web, mobile and interactive TV.

Neil MacDonald, group managing director, Yoomedia added: YES will provide the skill sets, insight and production know-how to allow brands and agencies to work with a single multi-channel specialist with a track record in delivering award-winning interactive solutions.

Crucially, YES will be led by marketing professionals who are passionate about interactive marketing and, focused on developing the most appropriate solution for the brand or campaign, regardless of whether its across mobile, interactive TV or online.

YooMedia, the largest interactive operation in the UK after Sky and the BBC, previously created and maintains fixed odds gaming service, Channel 425, for William Hill on Sky.

It has also provided mobile to TV interactivity for ITVs Who Wants To Be A Millionnaire TV show, enabling over 2 million people to play along in real-time via SMS since October of last year. Interactive TV advertising clients include Honda and P&G.

And in case anyone doesn't realise what a crock of sh*te the could be buying into then take a look at the chart , then read the accounts especially the note about "going concern" , then read the profit warning then ask yourself why the CEO recently legged it .

Then decide.

Nobody has 'fooled' me, what on earth are you drivelling on about ????

I made my investment in YOO last thursday, way before I saw ANY posts from Dominic, and I bought 230,579 if I remember correctly, at 4.02p average, and I will take my money out at 8.08p or more in a couple of weeks, if it takes a coulple of months so be it, but I will make 100% here minimum, FACT.

And yes YOO will be 15p by christmas, maybe 20p, and if their not, then you can come back here and tell everyone YOU TOLD ME SO, if you think I or anyone else gives a to55, you are sadly mistaken, FACT.

I can't be bothered to read your drivel any more, goodbye ....

Dil - 21 Jun 2005 21:01 - 1772 of 3776

He's as bad as SueHelen ... where did she disappear to ?

SeamusH - 21 Jun 2005 21:48 - 1773 of 3776

For F***s sake - I've got to come in from work and read all this sh*ite. You're all as bad as each other. Threads on MoneyAm used to contain a reasonable percentage of decent arguement, both for and against a share. Now this thread along with SEO has slipped into the same mindless tripe as certain competitors. What do you get out of these childish squabbles? Have you really nothing better to do with your time? I have and so I won't be bothering to read here again so if you want to direct your venom at me go ahead but it will fall on deaf ears.

Apologies to the few posters who are actually keen to discuss the relative merits and pitfalls of owning this share.

SH

Dil - 21 Jun 2005 22:11 - 1774 of 3776

You were not forced to read anything , filter those you blame , end of problem.

SeamusH - 21 Jun 2005 22:37 - 1775 of 3776

But that's the trouble Dil - when you can be bothered you make some decent points so if I did filter you I'd lose out on those. Why bring the board down to the levels it has got to? Anyway, just a bit of frustration after a full on day at work.

Scripophilist - 21 Jun 2005 22:40 - 1776 of 3776

Unfortunately I realised some time ago even if you did decent research and make decent recommendations they tend to get drowned out in dross especially on free forums. Sad but true.

paulmasterson1 - 21 Jun 2005 23:23 - 1777 of 3776

Seamus Hi,

I have no time for people who can't make decent, eductional, and rational conversation. I don't mind the odd bit of friendly banter, but when people keep up the childish behaviour in 99% of their posts, the sort of posting you would normally associate with advfn BB's, it's 'filter and forget' time.

I am here to make money, and I hope those who are also here to make money, will do so.

Cheers,
PM

"I am here to make money"

By duping unfortunates into buying stock you aim to sell?
