Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Yet another cover-up/whitewash/waste of money - whatever you would like to call it.

Alds,
Are you certain?
What is the basis of you opinion.
Was it similar to your pronouncements about Christopher Jefferies and Joanna Yeates.
Once again I challenge your judgement.
Think about it!

My pronouncements about Christopher Jefferies was based on what some of the most poplar newspaper's in the country printed on their front pages and what most of the population in the UK thought based on what they reported and the fact that the police had enough information to arrest him for her murder.
So get off your high horse and stop acting like a complete tosser and making yourself look more of a silly old fool then you normally do

"My pronouncements about Christopher Jefferies was based on what some of the most poplar newspaper's in the country printed on their front pages"
Was that the Murdoch press?
And is that what you base all your opinions on?
If so, then I can understand how you form your opinions.

Is there going to be another government enquiry, this time into the government's security failures?

the police had enough information to arrest him for her murder. What Basis did they base their opinion on ?
Did you phone the Police to ask them or complain to your MP about the press coverage ? No i thought not

B.
Good to see the Culture Minister Ed Vaizey blustering defence of Osborne and his budget on The Daily Politics and the apologist Simon Hughes attempting to defend the successes of the Lib/Dems in the coalition.
I wonder if Murdoch was correct, when he said he had given up on British politics. Perhaps, the polls are a reflection that his “empire” is providing more factual reporting of politics.
Maybe, it is his revenge.
Interesting to watch!

Is it me , but is this PC obsession with silly so called racist remark's by the Police a over reaction. These footballer's are adults and a few comment's on Face book or twitter should not turn them into a bunch of girly cry baby's.

It is funny, but I also saw the Daily Politics program and I had a different reaction to it. The coalition came across prwetty well as did Osborne. Did you see that CPI and RPI inflation are both down today? The economy seems to be on course.

Hays,
Wait until the end of this year.
I hope that the economic situation will be improved, but companies with cash are not optimistic and keeping cash for bad times ahead.
At least Osborne has started another U-turn and is at last pushing some money into the economy. I hope there are similar interventions over the nexr few months or the UK market may spiral downwards.
I would not like to be unemployed looking for work.

PS
I thought Vaizey was spouting the old verses and mantras with a puzzled look, suggesting to himself he would have to return to tory HQ for a new story. Prepared to intervene, but trying not to deviate from the previously rehearse plot, which is getting the UK deeper in the mire.
