Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

can anyone confirm the above????

chartist2004 - 16 May 2004 11:47 - 1766 of 3104

Looks like a 'buy' to me @ 2.5, paid over the odds, other buys around that 1.3m buy were @ 2.28 paid 3k over the top! should have split it into 4 trades, can never understand why one would pay 3,000 to much for the sake of a little extra dealing costs.

Douggie - 17 May 2004 12:18 - 1767 of 3104

Although I told myself I wouldn't - I just added more at 2.05

Its nice to see the bid & offer still have nothing to do the actual trading price.

petrus2000 - 18 May 2004 14:41 - 1770 of 3104

Oh dear,oh dear,oh dear !!! this share...is it losing it's battle against the good old mobile dog 'n' bone? looks like it,keeps winning piddling little contracts and signing reseller agreements but KEEPS going down..mmmmmm a company on the up?..i don't think so...but good luck to all that do.

rampage - 18 May 2004 16:33 - 1771 of 3104

There is always one !!

skids - 18 May 2004 16:57 - 1772 of 3104

It may seem like little contracts for a little company (relatively speaking), but the potential gains are better than much larger firms.

little woman - 18 May 2004 17:20 - 1773 of 3104

Piddling little contracts are extremely profitable. (Far more profit than big contracts as they don't have to give big discounts!) Take a look at Banks, the big loans make very little profit, but the little loans are extremely profitable - and less likely to cause a problem if things go wrong!

Kivver - 19 May 2004 00:00 - 1774 of 3104

starting to get fed up now, the promise has been there for long time but it just aint happening.

snakey - 19 May 2004 00:55 - 1775 of 3104

my effusiveness for other shares on this thread are, unfortunately, tempered by the performance of cyh. I feel a little like our man kivver and am very disappointed in recent prices and lack of real communication from a company that purports to be a master in that very subject. web site is very good but little news and developement!!!
p.s. Please note that I am just back from a week`s break away golfing and thought that a nuclear bomb had hit the market yesterday on my return. still impressed by a number of the stocks that have been hit hard but evenly just as unimpressed by the abilities of our own market to determine what is a good stock and what is not!!!

jonfish53 - 19 May 2004 16:29 - 1776 of 3104

little woman - 19 May 2004 17:22 - 1777 of 3104

They do from time to time (in fact the last time was in the last month?)

little woman - 19 May 2004 17:23 - 1778 of 3104

And they offer it for a week.

safety - 19 May 2004 19:06 - 1779 of 3104

Does anyone think that CYH may be keeping the price low in order to announce a consolidation of shares along with the company results in June? Consolidations never seem to work in favour of the private investor and always seem to lose them some value in their holdings.

Golfclub12 - 20 May 2004 09:28 - 1780 of 3104

"o shit " :)

Golfclub12 - 20 May 2004 09:29 - 1781 of 3104

we need bad new ,like the company is going bust then the share price may rise!!!!

petrus2000 - 20 May 2004 10:01 - 1782 of 3104

little woman...I've taken a look at the banks and yes the small business is extremely profitable for them the main difference between them and CYH being their share price nearly always seem to on the up and CYH is ALWAYS on a downer(big selling yet again today)we've heard all the MM's manipulation theories and yes there probably is a certain amount of it,but come on,get real,it's so obvious that something is seriously wrong here,as the forthcoming results will probably reveal, good luck with your recent purchase of CYH.

Flinny - 20 May 2004 10:25 - 1783 of 3104

Hate to agree with Petrus2000 but every time I've seen speculation about MM's
and price manipulation it always turns out to be much simpler - the company has simply not been performing well. There's obviously no short term gains here and I am already thousands out of pocket but I am in for the long haul now and hope that I will get my money back eventually !

little woman - 20 May 2004 11:00 - 1784 of 3104

that's odd, because I keep making short term gains - many, many times over the last couple of months.
