Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

starting to get fed up now, the promise has been there for long time but it just aint happening.

snakey - 19 May 2004 00:55 - 1775 of 3104

my effusiveness for other shares on this thread are, unfortunately, tempered by the performance of cyh. I feel a little like our man kivver and am very disappointed in recent prices and lack of real communication from a company that purports to be a master in that very subject. web site is very good but little news and developement!!!
p.s. Please note that I am just back from a week`s break away golfing and thought that a nuclear bomb had hit the market yesterday on my return. still impressed by a number of the stocks that have been hit hard but evenly just as unimpressed by the abilities of our own market to determine what is a good stock and what is not!!!

They do from time to time (in fact the last time was in the last month?)

little woman - 19 May 2004 17:23 - 1778 of 3104

And they offer it for a week.

Does anyone think that CYH may be keeping the price low in order to announce a consolidation of shares along with the company results in June? Consolidations never seem to work in favour of the private investor and always seem to lose them some value in their holdings.

Golfclub12 - 20 May 2004 09:28 - 1780 of 3104

"o shit " :)

Golfclub12 - 20 May 2004 09:29 - 1781 of 3104

we need bad new ,like the company is going bust then the share price may rise!!!!

petrus2000 - 20 May 2004 10:01 - 1782 of 3104

little woman...I've taken a look at the banks and yes the small business is extremely profitable for them the main difference between them and CYH being their share price nearly always seem to on the up and CYH is ALWAYS on a downer(big selling yet again today)we've heard all the MM's manipulation theories and yes there probably is a certain amount of it,but come on,get real,it's so obvious that something is seriously wrong here,as the forthcoming results will probably reveal, good luck with your recent purchase of CYH.

Flinny - 20 May 2004 10:25 - 1783 of 3104

Hate to agree with Petrus2000 but every time I've seen speculation about MM's
and price manipulation it always turns out to be much simpler - the company has simply not been performing well. There's obviously no short term gains here and I am already thousands out of pocket but I am in for the long haul now and hope that I will get my money back eventually !

little woman - 20 May 2004 11:00 - 1784 of 3104

that's odd, because I keep making short term gains - many, many times over the last couple of months.

Douggie - 20 May 2004 11:02 - 1785 of 3104

I too am finding it a misserable experience holding these shares, I can't imagine what will provoke a significant price rise, good news from CYH did no good! Hard to blame mm's, at rough count 26.000.000 shares have been sold against 3.000.000 buy this month so someone mm's? are left holding 23.000.000 shares that no one wants to buy even at ever decreasing price.

I can't bring myself to take a 40% loss so am with the host who are holding long term in blind hope :o[[[[[[[[

Douggie - 20 May 2004 11:06 - 1786 of 3104

envy!!!!! little woman I have no cash left to play you'r game, may you long continue to profit, wish it was on upward movement!!!

amberjane - 20 May 2004 11:21 - 1787 of 3104

Douggie - aren't you supposed to be praying...off you go b4 they slide any further!!!!!

Flinny - 20 May 2004 11:38 - 1788 of 3104

Little woman - I was referring to the poor sods who poured all their cash into these six months ago just to watch them slide downwards ever since. Like Douggie I'm praying for a miracle !

little woman - 20 May 2004 11:42 - 1789 of 3104

Douggie, I hope you aren't counting the sells from the trades shown? A lot of them were techinically Buys - but because the price was below the mid price were recorded as sells.

Last year the company put out a trading statement at the begining of June, followed by the final results 2 weeks later. (The shares were trading about 0.005 then!)

Kivver - 21 May 2004 10:24 - 1790 of 3104

down again today, should we start to panic. Reseller? is that going to bring in enormous amounts of cash? I'M going to hold on for the results or is now a time to stock up?

Kivver - 21 May 2004 10:31 - 1791 of 3104

Looks like the buyers are out numbering the sellers. Can anybody confirm this with level 2 info.

sheny24 - 21 May 2004 11:37 - 1792 of 3104

According to MA 1.8 mil buys .66ml sells.

Kivver - 21 May 2004 12:30 - 1793 of 3104

If you have used the trades section this is very inaccurate!! From what i can gather it can be miles out. Perhaps someone could enlighten us to how accurate it is.
