Just had this back from Sylvia at Stanelco, as I thought the delay was due to the IFRS Regs, looks like they weren't holding out for a contract after all. No answers given to my other questions either.
Thank you for your email.
We have to adhere to new International Financial Reporting Standards and given the complexities involved, decided to have the Interim Statements prepared under these new standards formally reviewed by our Auditors to ensure compliance. This process extended our timetable by a few weeks. The reason for the error (the imss stated loss) was outside of our control.
We are continuing to work with ASDA and their partners to commercialise the Greenseal technology.
Please be assured we will update the market when we have any significant news.
Best regards
Sylvia

"We are continuing to work with ASDA and their partners to commercialise the Greenseal technology."
Isn't the technology commercial already? There is something unsettling in the way that is phrased. Does this indicate more development work? Is the technology unsuitable for ASDA in its present form? It sounds like a lot of "can you change this?" and "why does it do that?" Will the cash last over this 'commercialisation'?
Has this something to do with the statement in the interim results? : -
"The Group is currently considering its funding requirements and funding options for the next phase of its development."
Does this mean more share dilution?

Haystack,
The answer to all your questions is probably 'Yes'.
Should that come as a surprise? It doesn't to me - perfectly normal and
acceptable given the circumstances, i.e. radical new technology capable of changing the world's packaging industry thought up by very small cash-short company.

LOL
There has been too much hype surrounding this stock. I am trying to be realistic. Products that are developed and then offered to clients often don't fit the bill as closely as the designers thought. It is quite common to have to go through a new lenghty products development phase to make it usable.

Thats more like it HS.
I've just taken a look back over the last weeks trading and there is very little difference between buys and sells, with the buys just having it according to my calculations.
It shows investors have confidence and are sticking with it on the whole despite the SP - or am being a little naive?

Don't forget that the MMs took in stock Friday and yesterday. They will want to put the price up to encourage some buyers to take the stock off their hands.

Just cos I hate to let go of an analogy, does that mean the MM's are hoovering up all the spare cash or is it just money laundering???

You could say that there is too much 'spin' with SEO. Just be careful the MMs don't hang you out to dry. The current fall may just be a 'softner' before they take the shirt off your back.

SEO may have been over hyped, but you must admit. The hype has been beautifully packaged.

I had one of those.
I took it to the gym for a more comfortable workout.
After that I took it for a pizza, then we went to the cinema.
It never worked out of course because it grew jealous of the handlebars and all the time I spent carressing them.
