Coffee Heaven might become majority shareholder in Snack Atack
Coffee Heaven chain might increase its shares from 19 percent to 85 percent to CHIR Cafe Bucharest, 80 percent owned by Snack Attack. The company currently negotiates to purchase some spaces to open coffee shops, the first unit being opened this year in Bucharest. Snack Attack chain estimates for this year a turnover of EUR 7 million compared to EUR 4 million in 2006.

If true be interesting to see what COH paid as SNACK ATTACK was really cheap a few years ago and Worthington could have picked it all up for a song.

However we are now in a did we, dont we, not situation and the need for and RNS is obviously pressing to the intellegent observer at least.

Interesting story though as it imtimates on the COH need for good sites, which are obviously in great demand.

I have to say it is a real shame that a once great thread has degenerated into this (I include myself in this as a culprit). I used to enjoy coming on here to exchange views on a share I hold and a company that I see doing the right things for its investors and customers. The only comfort I take is the other boards that David posts on have also degenerated so it says something more about David than the rest of us... I cannot believe David has retired as someone of that age should really know how to act better and if he is married I feel very sorry for his wife and family because if he acts like this on a bulletin board God knows what he is like in real life... I dont agree with TA, as I do not agree with crystal balls, and witchcraft, I believe in solid fundamentals and these tell you to go on past performance and solid accounts. ie concret laying.

I dont believe that you can forecast share performance as there are so many imponderables moving in on the equations daily if not hourly.

Also your tax monies went in the form of EU grants that Wiggins direwctor falsely in my opion cliamed fro the the EU RDFs.

I made severel protestations to the various EU departments and MEPs involved in giving WIGGINS you loot, and not one did a darned thing, they were happy to lose the grant money which went to the wall with WIGGINS, as of course the tax payers were paying.
