Not too bad thanks Stormie. Quite a good week all told in terms of trading - still getting the odd hiccup with those stop losses triggering too early! You seem to be working hard at the moment - do you get the week-end off to do the usual trolley race?

STORMCALLER - 05 Nov 2004 22:43 - 17895 of 23498

jj50,
Always trying to keep busy, but I don't think of trolley race as time off...better things to do!! It must be done of course, so I will be attending to it tomorrow. Are you still locked into the once-a-day visits you seemed to be suffering recently??

jj50 - 05 Nov 2004 22:44 - 17896 of 23498

I am off now - too quiet here. Am off to watch "Have I got News for You" - it is on an hour later than in England - no rude comments please!! Good night all.

STORMCALLER - 05 Nov 2004 22:47 - 17897 of 23498

Goodnight jj50.

chocolat - 05 Nov 2004 22:48 - 17898 of 23498

STORMCALLER - 06 Nov 2004 00:10 - 17900 of 23498

Oops, I've nearly run out...unforgiveable, must be a little more circumspect.
Better take this last one and run....
Gotta blow.
Goodnight all.

Socrates - 06 Nov 2004 09:26 - 17901 of 23498

Good morning all, FEB on the menu today, with all the trimmings. Tea and toast to follow and I've brought in some of Old Mother Jezebel's special lime marmalade.

Golddog - 06 Nov 2004 13:06 - 17906 of 23498

jj, I will have to have you in the broom cupboard one of these days, you can take a look at my broom collection.
:-)

Well it's that time of year again and i'm just getting my bbq ready for tonight and the fireworks. Bit of rain in the air so might get wet, oh well, im sure a few Bods can improve the situation.
:-)

Now who made that wish for me to hang off the cafe ceiling in a monkey suit throwing bananas at jeffers? ok if thats what you want!

in my best monkey accent..
ooh ooh oohh
(throws banana at jeffers)

STORMCALLER - 06 Nov 2004 13:49 - 17907 of 23498

Afternoon all,
Late arrival from trolley race due to visitors delaying start, refusing to clear the track, demanding tea etc. Race itself uneventful...enough said I believe.
On the subject of tea, large fresh pot I think, always a good idea for post-race wind-down..
GD,
Bods, the universal panacea, enough of those and you will see stars, never mind the fireworks!

Big Al - 06 Nov 2004 14:47 - 17908 of 23498

Afternoon.

Just enough online time left to say "Hi!" from Kristiansund, Norway.

What a one-horse s**t hole this is...........and I've seen a few in my life.

Oh well, time for a 5 beer!

;-)

Socrates - 06 Nov 2004 14:54 - 17909 of 23498

Big Al
You must have found the cheapest beer in Norway! How's the fish, I seem to remember it figures large on their diet? I was a bit north of you, in Bodo, but that was a lot of years ago.

Socrates - 06 Nov 2004 14:56 - 17910 of 23498

Golddog
Me and "her indoors" still have the same broom we bought when we got married, it's done very well and only had two new handles and four new heads.

Kayak - 06 Nov 2004 15:09 - 17911 of 23498

Can she still fly on it?

Socrates - 06 Nov 2004 15:21 - 17912 of 23498

Grounded, couldn't pass the CAA medical.

chocolat - 06 Nov 2004 20:39 - 17913 of 23498

Just popped in to leave you lot a half case of fizz bang wallop for Tuesday...have a good week, gang.
