Bluelady, I didn't mention my grapefruit that I have just struggled with. Real ones are nice but tinned ones are much more convenient.

Since you lot all seem to be too busy to get lunch I've made two big caldrons full of savoury mince and vegetables. One pot is made with that Quorn stuff for the vegetable munchers and one with minced beef for the meat eaters. It really is cordon bleu so help yourselves. You can eat whilst stock-watching and trading.

Sherry trifle (what else?) for pud.
