Braemore Resources Uses Cutting Edge Technology (BRR)

ValueMax - 16 Oct 2007 12:44 - 18 of 810

Depending on the grade of the smelter feedstock processed, smelting by Braemore at Mintek should produce approximately 30,000 ozs of PGM product from smelting 12,000-15,000 tonnes of material per annum, generating positive cashflow of 2.5-3 million per year.

Great news, 98% recovery, now thats what's called a result. With a lot of real interest being shown.

If they can prove the technology over a sustained period, the exclusive license will make them a prime takeover target.

Looking good to me and a nice blue colour on my portfolio......

Iankn73 - 16 Oct 2007 21:51 - 23 of 810

Excellent results. As soon as I get an opportunity I will be buying more of these.

Nice Mineweb article on Braemore:

Iankn73 - 18 Oct 2007 16:40 - 25 of 810

Up 12.5% today I'm now in the blue with BRR at last. Maybe some TMC investors jumping ship due to the RNS today.

mitzy - 18 Oct 2007 21:08 - 26 of 810

Any target..?

ValueMax - 19 Oct 2007 00:23 - 27 of 810

Apparently 20p short term in the latest Matrix note (which I've not seen).

And 30p next year.

ValueMax - 19 Oct 2007 08:15 - 28 of 810

Here is the Matrix note.

Thanks ValueMax - makes very interesting reading. I've now added this to my portfolio.

Do you mean, how do I link to the file from that text?

Difficult to explain without actually typing the HTML code, however as an example to link to MoneyAM's homepage:

1. post a new message
2. type: this is a link to < *a href="http://www.moneyam.com>MoneyAM< */a> ... but miss out the two asterisks.

This will show the following:

this is a link to MoneyAM

Cheers value personally think 30p is too low for next year but it is 100% higher from today so cant complain...I was thinking 40/50p myself.

mitzy - 20 Oct 2007 08:54 - 33 of 810

A little bit in the Independent today..

http://news.independent.co.uk/business/analysis_and_features/article3078984.ece

Not sure if the link works..?

The last line quotes.. traders are expecting this to go far unquote.

ValueMax - 20 Oct 2007 15:55 - 34 of 810

Thanks Mitzy. Your link works if I copy and paste it into the address bar. Alternatively, here's another link to it.

Full paragraph says: "Shares in Braemore Resources have doubled in the past two months and on Tuesday it announced its first production of platinum group metals. It was up a further 0.75p to 14.5p yesterday and traders are tipping it to go far."

mitzy - 20 Oct 2007 17:21 - 35 of 810

Thats the one Max.
This has got 20p written all over it thanks to the Indie article..dyor.

ValueMax - 20 Oct 2007 18:02 - 36 of 810

It's got takeover target written all over it.

If any of the other South African smelting companies wants a distinct advantage over their competitors, or alternatively, if any of the suppliers of the raw materials wants to cut out the new smelting opportunity for their competitors, then a bid for Braemore makes perfect strategic sense.

mitzy - 20 Oct 2007 18:34 - 37 of 810

I remember it said it might be a take-over target in the Matrix report but I hold for the long term when it will be 100p plus....
It will be a major resource player within 10 years or be acquired by a larger one.
