Non-Standard Finance plc has been formed to undertake the acquisition of one or more target companies or businesses in the United Kingdom non-standard consumer finance sector. The Company’s intention is to expand through further acquisitions in the sector in the United Kingdom and possibly elsewhere. The Company will make Acquisitions with the aim of forming a consolidated business. Following completion of an Acquisition, the objective of the Company will be to operate the acquired business and implement an operating strategy to generate value for its Shareholders through operational improvements, as well as potentially through additional complementary Acquisitions.
