toro,
"MikeWalters.com!!!!
Do you have any money left???? LOL!
Only kidding!
The meeting was in the Wheatchief pub, along the A30 near J5 of the M3, pub was fine, food excellent.
It was an informal gathering around several tables, and the chat centered mainly on trading rather than investing, (although that was discuused too), and also an objective discussion about the various BB's, and their respective merits.
All in all, a decent night's chat, Scripopholist demostrated his trading software on his laptop, linked to the WWW.
I think it fair to say everyone felt at ease, with experienced traders and newcomers to trading enjoying an interesting discussion without anyone feeling out of their depth.
I hope to see you at the next meet.
Andy.

Any chance I could be added to the mailing list for the next meeting, new to
investing and would like to meet people with a little more experience than myself?

Hi torotrekkie2,
I was there & am into TRK. I also belong to the TRK shareholders group (TRKSHG)
I don't remember anyone else saying they are into TRK.
It was a very good evening & my thanks to little woman for doing the organising!
I look forward to the next one.
