ptholden,
Select 'Custom chart' and open one of the drop down lists in 'Indicator Windows' and select 'Average Directional Index'.
Hope this helps.

Hi ptholden,
That's no problem - I'll put a DMI option in the next release under custom charts.
Cheers, James.

I suppose it would be chancing it to ask for Donchian channels, James?
The BBi looks interesting. What is the BBI?

Hi snoball,
Sorry for the slow reply :-)
I don't have Donchian Channels available to slot in at the moment, although I may be able to do something at a later date.
According to my documentation, BBI is a "Bullish-Bearish Indicator", or "a weighted sum of the other indicators that have a bullish trend."
Hope this helps.
Cheers, James.

Hi everyone,
We have made quite a few changes to the new charting section, and plan to go live in the next couple of days. For the time being, they can still be accessed by clicking the chart image at the top of this thread.
Thanks again for all of your feedback, we've incorporated your suggestions where possible, and plan to make further additions in the future.
Here are some of the changes we have made:
Intraday charts
Live Intraday charts (for Active users and above)
Custom charts now prefills boxes with example values
End of day charts (Basic and Custom) now have a "Plot Current Intraday Price" option
Basic and Custom charts now have more ranges and more sizes
Changing certain values automatically fetches a new chart
"Paste Chart to Bulletin Board" option
Security name on chart
Four "Compare To" boxes
Once again, any feedback about bugs or additional features you would like would be appreciated.
A few further things that I should mention:
1. "Old Java Streaming Charts" have been incorporated as it is not possible to draw trend lines on the new charts.
2. The "Paste Chart to Bulletin Board" URL is very long. I'm looking at ways to reduce this.
3. I changed the URL format slightly today, so any previous links to the new charts may be broken. Please let me know if this is a problem and I will explain what needs to be changed.
James.

James,
First of all- the new charts are a major improvement - keep up the good work!
But...............
Using custom charts, when I put the parameters 3-10-16 in for the MACD indicator, the 3 parameter is coming up as 20. Thought I'd let you know.

vincie,
Which of the 3 boxes are you entering the 3 parameter in, as I am unable to reproduce this

IAN,
I'm using the indicator graphs at the bottom of the custom charts, and putting the 3 parameter in the first box.

Jimmy,
We are going to put a fix in for this so that it will remember what you were looking at when you go into it.
