ravey davy gravy - 05 Apr 2006 12:04 - 30 of 48

Might go to this.

I might bring tel along supermum, about time we all met up.

Andy - 05 Apr 2006 17:58 - 31 of 48

ravey,

Why not suggest a place to meet and a time?

Anyone that can attends then has a meeting point.

A bar (if there is one) might be a handy place!

supermum - 05 Apr 2006 21:40 - 32 of 48

ravey... and Tel.... that would be great!

SM

Andy - 07 Apr 2006 08:59 - 33 of 48

Any advance on the 'meet in the bar' idea?

supermum - 07 Apr 2006 15:53 - 34 of 48

nice pub opposite...?
SM

Big Al - 08 Apr 2006 21:29 - 35 of 48

A bar is always a handy place.

;-)

Greystone - 08 Apr 2006 22:10 - 36 of 48

There is a website here Upper Street, Islington that shows all of the premises nearby, including a couple of potential meeting places close to the Business Design Centre....

I'm afraid a lot of the names along the road have changed since I last spent any time in that part of the city, but maybe one of those better situated can suggest what would be a good place to meet up....

Supermums right, there is a nice pub just opposite called the York, but upper street is a great place for food and drink anyway - there is a wide choice from your traditional pub to your swanky wine bar to suit all needs, so I am sure we can find something we all like within easy walking distance for some liquid refreshment after teh event (although it will get a little busy on a Friday night)
