Morning everyone, no words or sign of the gaff being open. Peeped through the dirty windows and see all the glasses remain on the bar unwashed...
get a grip Dawg!

Re party tonight, think I'm going as the Big Black Stallion that jj has mentioned in the past.

Spacemans rubber clad girlies looked out of proportion to me, I thought huge heads on slender bods...not complaining too much tho' but think Hicky just in the wellies will be the catch of the party.

Well I'm going to 'Mucky Mary's' down the drag for a morning reviver,
she never closes....bye

I had a serious mouse problem yesterday. I blamed the workmen in the bathroom. A quick visit to the computer shop dealt with the problem. I have, however just been VERY naughty - I put the old one in the bin instead of driving 20 miles (each way) to take it to the local authority's electrical equipment re-cycling area. At 30p a mile that would be well over what the mouse cost me, not to mention the environmental cost of the driving. The local authority are, of course, only interested in the EU silly regulation game not in common sense.

Winky,

It's a fancy dress party, so I'll be wearing a face mask as well as my wellies so that nobody recognises me.

little willie - 09 Nov 2004 16:43 - 18019 of 23498

Hi All,
Really pissed off to read DD's sad mail re 'Crazy Horse'.
Last week the big 'C' took a close mate of mine and it doesn't seem possible that it could get a guy like Emylyn Hughes; just shows it hits every one,
rich or poor.

When they talk today of hero's I'm not sure if they realise the drive, enthusiasm for the game/crowd/football and life that people like Hughes had.

Jesus, what a motivator and I don't support 'The Pool' but, in their heyday, with Shanks driving them and Crazy Horse at the helm the whole nation were with them singing 'You'll never alone', in the football league and in Europe and I for one, didn't really mind the 'Saints' being beaten by Liverpool in full flow.

Feel for all 'Pool'people & supporters........

hilary - 09 Nov 2004 16:45 - 18020 of 23498

Jeffie,

I've just sent you a test e-mail to jeffieloveschelseafootballclub@jeffmack.co.uk. It works.

:o)

hilary - 09 Nov 2004 16:47 - 18021 of 23498

Winky,

I used to think that Crazy Horse was a great character on a Question of Sport. Shame. It appears that he'd been suffering for around 15 months.
