as said beemer enough is enough put your money where your mouth is if you have any that is.

Your only concern is your investment in COH and sod everyone else.

Dil - 12 Jul 2007 23:18 - 1805 of 2037

Double top ... 36p next stop.

Abandon ship.

ptholden - 13 Jul 2007 00:33 - 1806 of 2037

Dil I agree, but probably a bit lower.

COH TA

cynic - 13 Jul 2007 08:22 - 1807 of 2037

my simple mind would tend to agree with Dil (36), though i also understand PT's logic (34) ..... for all that, given that there is (at least) a notional spread of 1p, there is not a huge amount to be made on a bear tack - barely (sorry!) 10%

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 17:13 - 1808 of 2037

Good afternoon all, seems my sentiments on COH have gathered some support here at last.

It also goes to show just how far people will go to protect, through unwarrnanted ramping and plain rudeness, to make their pets share appear to be worth more than they are not.

They want you to invest your hard earned cash in thier mistakes.

They pump the share up, and you foolishly get in on the hype, as did so many of you unfortunate punters with COH at 50p, then you find they have sold as so many COH holders have, "top slicing" they call it, but its just a fancy name for thier capital preservation, while you rmain stuck in at perhaps never to be seem again ramped up prices----there is only one losser, and lad that be you!

Why do you think COH holders want to get me banned form posting my views on this loss maker!

Please note it is only I that have stated COH makes losses still, and only I who have ask this BB to correct me if I am wrong.---none have!

Look after your pocket, as if you dont there are plentry wanting to get in there.

Its been a long painful slog in getting your kind acceptance that the SP of COH was not sustainable over 40p.

But for those who followed my persistance you should now have sold and trustfully be in pocket.

Then if you still like COH you will at least be able (possibly) to buy back in at around 30p or even below as its still a loss making company after all these years, well according to my interpretation of the latest Numis Note it is, and as no one here has disputed my findings, despite several requsts to do so, then it must be so.

Please have a reallly nice weekend, as jolly good show----the weather looks promising enough.

beemer2 - 13 Jul 2007 17:19 - 1809 of 2037

IF YOU HAD A BRAIN YOU WOULD BE LETHAL...LOL.

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 17:25 - 1810 of 2037

Imagine I have called COH dead right, without one all along, so for once you must be right.

beemer2 - 13 Jul 2007 17:27 - 1811 of 2037

You have been calling COH wrong since you jumped at 18p...LOL.

ptholden - 13 Jul 2007 17:29 - 1812 of 2037

Let's keep the record straight, I don't like my comments being distorted to support the ramblings of an obsessive poster. I have offered some TA on COH for whatever value it may be worth, I have not stated at any time that the SP of COH is unsustainable over 40p. In the short term I am expecting a slide and quite frankly following the failure to break through the low 40s, you didn't need to be a rocket scientist to come to the same conclusion. In the med to long term the TA picture may well be different, but I have given an honest opinion, don't drag me into your obsession Thrush, my overall sentiment re COH is very different to your own, you will get no support from me.

pth

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 17:33 - 1813 of 2037

MY DEAR LITTLE CHAPPIE, JUST ABOVE YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT BRAINS ETC. KINDLY SWITCH YOUR TO FUNCTION MODE AND PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AS JUDGING BY YOUR LASTEST POST YOU COULD HAVE ADS, BUT DONT WORRY IT IS TREATABLE IF THAT THE CASE.

SO NOW ARE YOU SITTING COMFORATABEL? YES THEN I WILL BEGIN.

I HAVE NEVER OWNED COH.

BUT ASSUME THAT I DID AND I SOLD AT 18P OK?

WELL GIVEN THE CURRENT UNCERTAINTY OVER THIS SHARE I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH A BIRD IN HAND OVER TWO IN THE BUSH.

You too could be sitting on less than 19p and over night, if I think what could be coming does indeed come.

MY OFFER FOR MANCHESTER STILL STANDS, PLEASE COME YOU WILL LEARN EVER SO MUCH.

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 17:44 - 1814 of 2037

COME COME MY DEAR PTHY I never made such a direct inference to you or indeed anyone else, besides I want all the credit myself.

Please kindly allow me to explain in order to make it easier for you to grasp.

I was me, who in May, I belive, that said COH would fall and as I had calculted it indeed did fall. ( but then I would not unreservedly say anyting that I was unsure off as it may mislead others.)

Since that time, consideringly all the rude insults from the status quo, I respectfully asked for your opinion. You in turn kindly gave it.

As it turned out it was, whether intentional or not, supportive of my original call.

Hense I am fully justified to proclaim---------

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 17:13 - 1808 of 1813
Good afternoon all, seems my sentiments on COH have gathered some support here at last.

Thats the way the cookie crumbled this time, so please try to accept the situation with a dignity that most men of character and substance would inevitably do.

beemer2 - 13 Jul 2007 17:57 - 1815 of 2037

DAVIS...HOW OLD WERE YOU WHEN YOU STARTED TO SHOW SIGNS THAT YOU WERE BECOMMING A MUPPET.

ptholden - 13 Jul 2007 17:59 - 1816 of 2037

Thrush, you really are an arse. I look forward to the day when AM have finally had enough of you and launch you back into hyper-space. Anyway, no further repsonses from me, you just aint worth the trouble. Ta-Ta my dear chap.

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 18:08 - 1817 of 2037

This is the type of totally irresponsible posting that we must all try to erradicate from financial BBs, which I suggest should be very heavily regulated against uninformed blatant rampings.

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS FROM ADVFN(with fully acknowledgement thereto)_

donaferentes - 5 Jul'07 - 11:03 - 6159 of 6174

Nice little handle to the tea-cup being formed before we break up past 42.5p on the way to attacking 50p again......................

Some one seems to have forgotten which was is up!

But seriously I wonder how many people bought on that silly post and similar pne ,as there are loads of them about!

Buying of COH over the month has in fact been quite strong, as the inexperinced thought is was cheap below 50p as the rampers proclaimed it was, and of course l manyo fthese are locked in at July 4th prices ie 42p

Now if these start panic selling to cut their losses, the effect will open the floor!

One to think about over the weekend no doubt!

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 18:15 - 1818 of 2037

Gentlemen I really dont mind the insults.

Insults are usually a sign of anger.

Anger of frustration.

Frustration of annoyance.

And Annoyance is one of the signs of being spoilt and unable to get one's way.

Signs, or perhaps symptoms is the better word, such as these commonly disapear with maturity in most, however there is medication available on prescription.

Please try to have a nice relaxing weekend. Radio 4 is very theraputic.

paulj - 13 Jul 2007 18:35 - 1819 of 2037

I hope Monday brings some good news for COH and its holders... like Ian finally developing a backbone and pulling the plug on David! I must say, this board's approach to free speech has been commendable but I really do think there's little benefit to anyone - especially Shares Mag and MoneyAM - in continuing to allow David to smear his excrement all over the place. Yes, I suppose he can be squelched by all and sundry but should the onus really be on us to exert editorial control over this mad maverick?

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 18:43 - 1820 of 2037

Now paulj why should you say such nasty things as that?

Even share mags took two different views on COH one reasoanable, but one risky.

You see Paulj where you fall down is that I only called it right.

I only responded to some pretty ignorant posts.

And if you were really interested in getting things right look back at my earlier post on COH where I made my point and then with civility advocated letting the SP talk for us all, as there really was nothing more to be said

However that advice was not taken up.

Please dont expect to shovel sh%t on me without me shovelling back.

When I am proven wrong in my assuptions over COH please come back, it will be pleasure to see if you have aquired some manners, as it would appear you take great advantage of the laws on freedom of expression.

HAVE A REALLY NICE EVENING

beemer2 - 13 Jul 2007 19:23 - 1821 of 2037

You have been proven wrong by yours truly on many occassions...fortunately I realised that you are indeed a very stupid old man who on two occasions has bet me 10K that the SP of COH would not reach 50p and 40p respectively and I did not want to take advantage of your inexperience as it would have been like taking candy from a baby ...you should be banned for the stupidity of your postings if nothing else.

David10B - 13 Jul 2007 19:45 - 1822 of 2037

Oh dear I see you want to persist with you diatribe. Much better if you took it staright on the chin and just moved on, like I am trying to do.

I have never bet with you , you are being rather silly now as I do not wager .

Therefore I suggest we put it to the test with you----- yet again.

So my limited friend where and when did I ever bet with you.

I seriously doubt if our paths would cross you are obviously in a very special world. HowevereI have given you the opportunity to meet up.

I will be back up in Manchester for a few days next week, mid week on and we could meet in the center, as its close to my legal office and plenty of car parking there, and say outside the Bank of Ireland as there is good parking just around the corner and its not far from the Station as I go up by train.

As said earlier you may learn a few things.

Chew over it on the weekend and please lighten up and enjoy. A failing investment is not really the end of the world.

MERVILLE - 13 Jul 2007 19:52 - 1823 of 2037

David 10b
what sort of gratification do you get out of continually slating this share, it has been good to many of us on this thread and probably will be again. no one doubts your right to take an opposing view to most, but what does grate on our nerves is your daily rant covering the same ground all the time, it has got to a point that very few people now even read your post's, except for that Beemboy or whatever his monica is. Please sit back put the keyboard away and let the sp do the talking, either proving you correct or not, and if you are right you can return and rub our nose's in it. Deal?
Thank you.
