it's one of my favourite jokes , the one about the couple from wigan on holiday in benidorm to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. the wife decided to cook hubby his favourite meal of meat pie, chips and peas. when hubby sits down he notices there is no gravy. the wife panics and goes next door to see if their neighbours have any gravy. " 'astanybisto?" she asks. the neighbour replies..........." sorry , love. i don't speak spanish..."

And I like Horlicks, but that is enough of that before the board degenerates into double entendres.

Wishful thinking?........I used to get that after my Ovaltine.

Yea, that is a good one Bosley!

There could be an even simpler answer to the disappearing news, SEO are still having teething troubles with the website, though I must admit I prefer Tony's wishful thinking.

for me there are two possibilities. one is that there have been developments and seo have pulled it because they are about to release a positive greenseal rns. the other is that asda have had enough and said goodbye.

Bugz - 01 Aug 2006 12:18 - 18264 of 27111

Anyone on L2? Trying to get rid of my last 90000 and I wanna see whats going on!! Any moderator feel like giving me a free trial for the day?!

Haystack - 01 Aug 2006 12:21 - 18265 of 27111

Difficult to give Level 2 on a SETS/MM stock as there is too much information.

Bugz - 01 Aug 2006 12:25 - 18267 of 27111

Just wanna know how many orders are sitting at 4.77

kimoldfield - 01 Aug 2006 12:26 - 18268 of 27111

Bosley, if ASDA have walked away I think SEO would have removed them from the 'History of Product' on the Greenseal site; it is still there at the moment.

Yes, absolutely......driven to it by SEO!

Bos, the first possibilty is unlikely - if they were on the verge of releasing a positive greenseal rns why extend for 12 months, particularly as they had already extended for two months.

That only leaves the second possibility, a possibilty I posed yesterday and one that is looking increasingly likely.

hewittalan6 - 01 Aug 2006 12:31 - 18271 of 27111

But surely a walk away by Asda would be subject to an instant RNS??

kimoldfield - 01 Aug 2006 12:32 - 18272 of 27111

I think that would have to be Alan.

Haystack - 01 Aug 2006 12:42 - 18273 of 27111

L2 one order of 200,000 at 4.76 - one order of 50,000 at 4.89

14 SELLS and 8 BUYS sitting on the order book.

oblomov - 01 Aug 2006 12:47 - 18274 of 27111

But would it, if you look at the dates. The original contract was due to run out sometime in June, I believe. So no RNS needed to announce the contract was over.

The 2 month extension was due to begin at the time of the first commercial machine. Presumably that never happened. There is nothing in place, apart from a dissappering website mention, to suggest there is any agreement now in place between SEO and ASDA, so why would there neeed to be a RNS?

If you look at previous releases you get the full story already, without a RNS.

greekman - 01 Aug 2006 13:09 - 18275 of 27111

No they would not need an RNS to state the 12 months exclusivity had ended, but as previously stated they would definitely need one if ASDA had walked away.
For any reasonable sensitive news that would effect the sp, a RNS is required. If ASDA had walked, this would have catastrophic effect on the sp.
I could not see that SEO would have any option.

Thanks Greek - I can get to my Oxo reasonably happy, now.
