CMS Webview What is the potential for this share ? (CWV)

GEOFFREY.R - 01 Nov 2003 16:46

I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

ajren - 12 Nov 2003 18:58 - 183 of 1924

what will happen next?

SueHelen - 12 Nov 2003 19:25 - 184 of 1924

In case anybody was wondering as to the potential of this company I refer you to the RNS news item, copied below, referring to the appointment of a new broker.
Most striking words are these from BoB Antell Chief Executive. "we need to ensure that our investment potential and growth ambitions
are clearly understood by existing shareholders and potential new investors."

In my opinion the message clearly shouts "WE ARE GROWING".

Do not get left behind, read for yourself and make your own mind up;

Date 27 October 2003

CMS WebView appoints Corporate Synergy as new stockbroker

CMS WebView plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of software systems for
real-time financial data distribution and management, is pleased to announce it
has appointed Corporate Synergy PLC as its nominated broker with immediate
effect.

Commenting on this appointment, Bob Antell, Chief Executive, said:

"We are keen to maximise a great opportunity we have in our market. Having
secured three important contracts with major international commodities
exchanges, we need to ensure that our investment potential and growth ambitions
are clearly understood by existing shareholders and potential new investors.
With its strong understanding of our technology markets and focus on growing
smaller companies, we have chosen Corporate Synergy as the broker to advise us
at this important stage in our development."

Justin Lewis, Head of Broking at Corporate Synergy, commented:

"CMS WebView is a dynamic business with a demonstrable technology advantage and
an experienced management team which we believe will deliver its growth
strategy. We are delighted that Corporate Synergy has been selected to help them
in their ambitious endeavours."

Andy Pedrette, Director of Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance, the Company's
nominated adviser, commented:

"CMS WebView's business has developed substantially since its flotation in 2000.
With the products developed and major contracts won over that period, its
management has created the opportunity for the Company to enter a new phase of
its growth."

Evening now.

Sue,

This could be a 5 or 10 bagger over time, but the trading statement will be crucial, to give investors the confidence in this tiddler.

The fact that CMS is growing is not in doubt or dispute. But it should be remembered that the Company has DOUBLED in value in the last week, on the back of Shares MAG tip. It is unclear as to how diluting a share issue will be.

Caution maybe....for now? One for the fun money in the portfolio, not bettin the house just yet!

Ref Sue Helen ref to 10 nov share price movement

Perhaps Institutions have /are pricing in the anticipatory good news

ajren - 12 Nov 2003 21:02 - 187 of 1924

Therefore, when the potential good news hopefully translates into reality---the
price will be what it is now +/-the bit that is left to price in.

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 08:29 - 188 of 1924

Good Morning,

price up to 9.5-10.25 pence.

Sue.

nathan7 - 13 Nov 2003 09:29 - 189 of 1924

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 11:27 - 190 of 1924

Morning Nathan,

Price trying to test new highs.

ajren - 13 Nov 2003 11:32 - 192 of 1924

Please see mine of 12th again.

Basically, what happens with Every company :-

Institutions --- by the time good news becomes Reality - have already
priced in the good news

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 11:40 - 193 of 1924

No, but the fundraising will be accompanied with a good trading statement. Also, have reliable information there will be 2 more licences announced for Prophet X in the next 2 weeks.

Adding more at 10.5 pence.

Sue.

ajren - 13 Nov 2003 11:45 - 194 of 1924

suehelen you might be correct but my point is that if you know this the Institutions know - do you agree ? Therefore,it is being priced in Now.rgds

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 11:49 - 195 of 1924

No I don't think it is priced in, look at the following in today's share magazine:

CORPORATE SERVICES GROUP (CSV)
Last week the share price tiddler corporate services group rallied by around 30%. At 12p this is still a long way off the 250p levels seen five years ago, but it does look like the worst is behind this one. The september breakthrough 10p resistance was a key one and from the charts and short term the expectation is for a move back to 15p. Strength through here sets up the 20p mark next and only a slide below 8p would sufggest the bullish tone has gone. STRONG BUY!!!

Sue.

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 11:50 - 196 of 1924

This article did confirm what I thought and I think the price will hit 20 pence in the next 2 weeks.

Back later.

Best Wishes,

Sue.

ckmtang - 13 Nov 2003 11:53 - 197 of 1924

I am quite lost the statment you post id CSV, but this share is CMS, are you post the wrong article?

ajren - 13 Nov 2003 11:54 - 198 of 1924

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 11:57 - 199 of 1924

Extremely sorry my aplogies. Just been rushing around at university today and thought it was on CMS.

That's ok ajren, I do understand your arguments but I am hoping for the good trading statement which will be accompanied with it to make the price rocket. An example, Corus yesterday.

Apologies again.

Sue.

SueHelen - 13 Nov 2003 12:09 - 200 of 1924

Added 20,000 at 10.41 pence, see you guys later.

Best Regards,

Sue

jfletendre - 13 Nov 2003 12:14 - 201 of 1924

It IS confusing - the name of the company is CMS, the sticker for it is CWV, the share mag article is on CSV and the share price for the 2 companies is within 2 pence of each other - at the moment anyway!

martincoops - 13 Nov 2003 13:05 - 202 of 1924

Hi Sue

Nice to see the price ticking up today, might not be racing away but at least it is a nice steady rise.
