Morning jj, morning all, apologies for last night final message; I don't even remember writing it so I've a thick head this a.m.
I've been up for five hours, we had an early start to watch Sweet Revenge work at the yards gallops.
She's really starting to look the part now; her winter coat has gone and she's looking pretty sleek and shiny, growing well and muscles are coming where apparently they should be.
Lovely disposition at the moment but she's shortly to start on the intensive high protein foods etc which apparently change them in quite a big way. We're told that that's when we'll really notice the difference between a horse and the thoroughbred that she is.

Anyone interested in researching her , maybe Hightone, her Sire is an Irish
horse called Restructure and her Dam is Thrilling Beat. Restructure's father was a son of Northern Dancer so is related to Rock of Gibraltar.....

I think we're back there next week when I'll take the camera and hopefully get a good photo for the gallery.

Another fab day here but I'm getting my head down for an hour or two, have a good one everyone

brockman - 12 Nov 2004 09:24 - 18323 of 23498

Morning,

Sorry I missed the party Poochie, looking forward to rocking around the Christmas tree next time at the "ex-wives" party!

Little Willie, is Dancing Brave related somewhere? Must get a piccy for us! Lovely lines!

Quick coffee!

jj50 - 12 Nov 2004 10:36 - 18324 of 23498

Long glass of water for me - been to the gym, so such a noble act should not be followed by a caffeine fix ........ just looked at my stocks, why is there not more blue, change the order to a double expresso!!

Morning brockman.

Golddog - 12 Nov 2004 10:46 - 18325 of 23498

Morning all, thought i might put in an appearance at this time of day for once, not very often i get up this early! (mutley snigger!)

lw, a photo for the gallery will be great and this time how about you on the picy, and maybe your lovely wife astride the beast!

morning brockie and jj.

I think a coffee this early in the morning would be good for me.

sip sip.

Golddog - 12 Nov 2004 10:48 - 18326 of 23498

Spaceman, what is lambykins website address?

brockman - 12 Nov 2004 10:51 - 18327 of 23498

Morning JJ, Poochie
Glass of water coming up JJ, no chance to get to the gym today for me! I get a little cranky when I don't go at least three times a week, do you?
Sticking with the coffee :o)

Golddog - 12 Nov 2004 10:55 - 18328 of 23498

hi brockie, i know the feeling of guilt if you don't stick to a routine of fitness. once upon a time i used to go swimming in the morning, cycling for a few hours in the afternoon and then a few laps running around the park on the evening. If i missed one event i thought i was been idle! these days just lying in my basket is good enough.

Wenger vows not to be left with egg on his face

Arse Wenger

ARSE WENGER answered the phone in his office. Oui? Wotcha, Arse, its Mario here at Upper Street Pizzas. Your usual order for tonight? Five Margheritas, five Four Seasons and a Hawaiian with extra pineapple? The Frenchman pondered, but not for long. The lads had let themselves down last time, they knew that. For a team whose backbone not to mention T-bone, marrowbone and wishbone was rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Larousse Gastronomique, hurling glorified Italian open sandwiches was positively paysan.
A slow smile spread across the managers normally taciturn features. Thank you, Mario, but that will not be necessary, he said. We have made other arrangements . . .

ON THE team coach from the airport to Old Trafford, Wenger addressed his players or commis chefs, as he liked to think of them. Very well, gentlemen. Dennis is on his way up by train as we speak, whipping up egg whites and melted chocolate. His Weapons of Mousse Destruction, he likes to call them. As to the rest of our, er, arsenal Thierry, you have the baguettes? Robert, the jambon de bayonne? Patrick, the Roquefort? Sol, the nutmeg? The big defender bristled indignantly. Look, that little Scouse git was past me before I could . . . Realisation dawned. Er, sorry, boss. Yeah, check.

brockman - 12 Nov 2004 11:04 - 18330 of 23498

We don't think of you as a greyhound Pooch, as long as your nose is cold ;o)

Morning Folks!
Yes JJ you are more then welcome to join the Fund - I see we haven't
received any contributions yet, note the word is contributions and not
donations! LOL

Ok from now on its the Bunny, JJ and Priscilla Fund then - the order
is simply based on alphabetical order and not a pecking order by the way!
Nothing wrong with an Ex-Wives club Pooch - we'll just rent a table in the
corner from time to time and promise you guys we wont try and influence
your good lady wives to join us.

Al - well it's a good job we love you or that remark about men,
women and age might have got you hauled into a bath of ice cubes!
;>)

Ok not too positive on the markets today, but a few bright spots
any tea left in the pot?

Golddog - 12 Nov 2004 11:37 - 18341 of 23498

Oh goodie my favourite bunny is in, you just sit back and i will bring you a cuppa in your special mug.
