Morning all, thanks for the 'congratulations' Socs, I too am not sure what for so I'll return the compliment, 'Congratulations".
Now we're starting to sound like Cliff Richard.
By the by, if you're off to Lancs don't get involved in this 'war of the roses' thingy plus you'll need an in-depth natter to Jeffers about the merits of whippet racing or pigeons.
At all times try and remember your civilised status picked up in Chelt. and the marvellous job the local Ladies College do.
I do hope the local neatherdals whence you are going aren't too earthy for you.
Funny really, moving to be closer to family; I moved here to get away!!
Oily penguin tip doesn't ring any bells Minxy, think I know who you mean; but there's a case of '07 Sauvignon Blanc waiting in my wine cellar for you anyway.

Morning all, ah Socs, I don't think I deserve congratulations but thank you any way and I'd like to return the compliment so congratulations to you [We're starting to sound like Cliff Richard].
So you're leaving gentile Chelt for the Neatherdal wilds of Lancs eh? Don't get involved in 'this Roses thing, white v reds, could turn into a nasty business.
Suggest you contact Jessie for advice on the merits of whippet racing or pigeons both demand the 'flat cap'.
Funny how some of us need to be by the family; me I moved here to get away from 'em although that was my ex-wife's family.
What's the caffs tea like by air-mail?

Thanks LW. I might extend my sporting activities to pigeon-shooting. Do they do whippet shooting too? "Local neanderthals", that's a bit of an insult isn't it? To neanderthals I mean! LOL

Spacie, 10 kippers no problem. I can understand your need, it must be difficult to get a decent kipper in Sevenoaks. By the way, I thought one of the oaks fell down!
