Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

The way it is being managed down, buys but still falling, would suggest that perhaps....the results are not going to be so good, and they may need an EGM and then a share dilution to raise cash......perhaps thats why its down down down, perhaps the issue will be priced at 1.5p or lower ??!!

This company always goes out of its ways to make sure the share price goes up before they issue more shares! Look at the past history - each time theres been a big rise, soon after there has been additional shares issued. They don't need any more money, so they don't care what the price is. Thats why they aren't saying anything unless they have to.

Kivver - 03 Jun 2004 09:13 - 1838 of 3104

well they should, i have invested my money in them, i am sure they care about me and you. you do dont you cybit??

Douggie - 03 Jun 2004 09:44 - 1839 of 3104

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeee are we goin to rocket back up to 2p

Kivver - 03 Jun 2004 10:02 - 1840 of 3104

Nice one douggie. Thinking about high oil prices arent going to help. This is the transport industry after all. This my delay contracts until prices come down, beause this is a bit of luxury item after all.

Douggie - 03 Jun 2004 10:28 - 1841 of 3104

Kivver .. rising oil prices could help here, CYH are not 'satnav' more a means of trafic managers keeping track of and better more efficiant deployment of vehicles. xfinger

little woman - 03 Jun 2004 10:29 - 1842 of 3104

I think high oil prices do help - cybit products help to maximise travel useage, with the smallest of amount of waste!

"their solutions portfolio includes vehicle tracking & management, lone worker support and car pool management" - A must if you want to reduce your fuel usuage.

I suggested 1.75 about a week ago, with the hope it would not drop as far.

In the light of all that is know about trading & contracts the current price looks much too low to IMO.

Whether it can reach 4p in the near future is not so clear. I will consider taking my profit or part of it before that level is reached.

Almost 3 weeks to go before the results so plenty of time for movement!

I will be looking for more news of additional contracts & contract upgrades in the results statement.

Until then of course we will hear nothing.

Having managed to spot this pre- breakout at .0075p the pull back has been disappointing, however still fully invested in here ready to ride the next leg up to results.

Another gem which is just about to be discovered, also a leader in its field is DAG. The share is approaching break-out (display the 5 year graph- also less shares in issue now as well).

The co. is partnering with NCR (ATM producer) and is launching its new product next week at a conference, staff have all been excercising options as well as directors buying..so we're in good co.

If you have a bit of time this w/e do a bit of research and put it on you're monitor, its a no-brainer like CYH was back last year...

Always read this thread and have come to the conclusion that the way this share performs I find it incredible that I never bought any, it would fit in nicely in the long term ever hopeful section of my portfolio!!
unfortunately a rather full area :-((
Good luck and hope that it turns out well for you all in the end.

My thinking with the high oil price was, are companies going to have the extra money to spend on this type of item if all spare cash is going to pay for fuel. But i agree it would be money well spent because it will save in the long run and lets face it prices may go even higher. I keep saying it this one will come good and all you sellers are going to be sick one day.

Douggie - 04 Jun 2004 17:51 - 1850 of 3104

A more pleasing end to week, should we give credit to mm's (who usualy get lots a of stick) for at least trying to get shares up to 2.25p pity trades wer'nt there to sustain, may be next week . best wishes to all. D.

This week is the week to really get into CYH and VTB - forget the spread - the rewards are there when the results are out.

Kivver - 07 Jun 2004 12:25 - 1852 of 3104

Why would people sell now so close to results, it doesn't make sense. If they are sells!!!

Douggie - 07 Jun 2004 12:34 - 1853 of 3104

the 2 big 'sells' at 1.12p are probably buy ???????????

Douggie - 07 Jun 2004 12:36 - 1854 of 3104
