Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

Changed my mind and bought as many as I could late on. This company will never be so cheap ever, ever, ever, ever again. World-beater by the end of next week and 100 by Xmas......................
..................all IMO, of course.

Deal coming ... saw it in the tea leaves , just after I found a four leaved clover so it must be right.
Just rang my broker to buy a million but he was closed.

Well I am still waiting and holding, I am quite happy to hold for the long term and the longer you hold the less CGT you pay cos it is AIM!

No I didn't go Andy , stayed home and washed my hair instead :-)
Be better to wait for a bounce before initiating any shorts imo Fred.

BioProgress PLC
13 April 2005
Press Release 13 April 2005
BioProgress plc
('BioProgress' or 'the Company')
Trading update
BioProgress plc (AIM: BPRG; NASDAQ: BPRG), the provider of innovative delivery
mechanisms for the pharmaceutical oral dosage markets, advises that current
trading levels at its BioTec Films subsidiary in Tampa are not as strong as
previously anticipated and are unlikely to reach levels indicated in previous
announcements. The Company's consolidated overheads, before any capital
expenditure, are also expected to be higher than previously indicated. The Board
retains its belief that, within the Company's portfolio, there are technologies
which could produce significant value on commercialisation. A thorough strategic
and financial review is being performed, which the Board will report on in due
course.

Some of the big shareholders who bailed last October will see their wish come true now - a change of management. That is the only way for this share to recover. Either that or a chance for a big player to take the company out for a song. They want the technology and can now buy it for peanuts. I think it is too late for independence to be maintained.

Bones,
You may well be right!
commiserations to any holders here, this has been looking precarious for a few days now IMHO.
We MAY see a bounce later, there's normally an over reaction to such news.

Now, how do I explain that I have lost 80k in a year to the missus. Let me see, oh fuck."
This guy is really going through it, posting comments every now and then. He said he has T trades way over his head and, in 2 day's time, he will owe his broker double what he owned in shares 3 months ago.
It's the first time I've looked at that thread for a few months and it is amzing how many still have their souls invested. Very sad really.
I know I once held a lot of these (and fortunately took a profit overall) but I never ever took them on margin.
