a few points..
1 - The benefit of the TDI Feed is that customers can choose the frequency of data delivery, with options such as real-time, delayed, snapshot or end-of-day, on an exchange-by-exchange basis.
2 - CMS is one of 140 providers making available its services over Radianzs shared connectivity platform, which can be accessed through one fully managed connection. Radianz provides a neutral platform with a global reach to more than 10,000 financial services sites worldwide.
that is good for CWV..

GN, yes and CMS is well poised to offer this service. However, there will be competition and CMS marketing strategy is important if the company is going to succeed. If you wish, check out the ADVFN board - safman has posted some technical data. Good luck!

CMS WebView launches TDI Version 4
29 November 2005
CMS WebView plc (CMS), an international systems and software provider, is launching the latest version of its key product TDI. TDI is modular software used by futures exchanges, including the Chicago Board of Trade, to process large quantities of real-time financial data.
Today CMS has launched TDI Version 4, which includes a substantial number of enhanced features and benefits. These include:
New data content and statistic monitoring tools
Improved design tools providing rapid bespoke handler development
Upgraded administration and helpdesk website
Enhanced and rationalised API
Improved message monitoring to aid latency analysis
CMS has already deployed TDI Version 4 within its own ticker plant. From its City of London location, the CMS ticker plant processes more than 60 million transactions a day, from 20 different feed sources, providing data to over 50 organisations.
Lee Playford, CMS WebViews Software Development Director, commented:
"The full roll-out of TDI Version 4 ensures our ticker plant has the capacity to expand and handle growing volumes of data in the foreseeable future. With the ever-increasing amount of market data that companies like CMS WebView must process, a flexible and scalable technology such as TDI ensures we can always cater for demand."
Bob Antell, CEO of CMS WebView plc, added:
"The latest version of TDI will bring a number of important new benefits to clients, including improved interfaces and a greater number of options for how organisations receive and process data. Our testing procedures and liaison with clients enabled us to hone Version 4 into a product that offers substantial improvements over earlier versions."

CMS WebView wins new contract with commodities exchange
for disaster recovery-related services
CMS WebView plc (CMS), an international systems and software provider, has been
awarded a new contract valued at $30,000 for disaster recovery-related services
for one of the world's leading futures exchanges.
Using elements of the recently-launched Version 4 of its TDITM modular software
product, CMS WebView provides a facility that allows its clients to switch
automatically and with no loss of data between its primary production site and
live secondary (or disaster recovery) site(s). This new facility is an
enhancement to its existing disaster recovery protocols.
A benefit of TDITM is that it allows clients to run disaster recovery or
secondary sites as live parallel environments capable of automatically replacing
the outgoing production data feeds with no manual intervention. Other benefits
of TDITM Version 4 include:
New data content and statistic monitoring tools
Improved design tools providing rapid bespoke handler development
Upgraded administration and helpdesk website
Enhanced and rationalised API
Improved message monitoring to aid latency analysis
Lee Playford, CMS WebView's Software Development Director, comments:
'As part of our ongoing development of TDITM we have invested heavily in
providing services for clients that allow automatic linking between primary,
secondary and/or disaster recovery locations. The automatic backup gives our
clients peace of mind in the rare event of a major primary system problem in
terms of hardware failure, power failure, network failure etc.'

CMS WebView teams with Comhedge to target South East Asia markets
Published: 05 January 2006
International systems and software provider CMS WebView plc is pleased to announce it will be collaborating with Comhedge Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based software developer and data vendor company established in 1998, to evaluate the commercial potential of providing CMS market data software solutions in South East Asia.
The work commences in early 2006.
The project will initially cover Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand with the following objectives:
* Evaluation of the market size and subsequent sales and support approach for CMS's TDI Feed product.
* Promoting CMS's TDI data management software for exchanges, banks and other corporate financial services organisations.
* Use of Comhedge's Singapore offices as a base for CMS's operations during the marketing project.
* The establishment of a TDI server in Singapore.
* The establishment of demonstration facilities.
* Both parties will be allocating relevant resource during the course of this project, the first phase of which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2006.
Bob Antell, CEO of CMS WebView plc, said: "Encouraged by new enquiries in South East Asia and other countries for our TDI Feed product, we are keen to verify the market potential there, along with appropriate levels of sales and customer support.
"Comhedge's experience of selling price vendor systems into banking, trading and exchange-related business in South East Asia means we can benefit from their local contacts and experience in this market."
Alain Farhi, Managing Director of Comhedge, added: "We are very pleased to be working with CMS on this project. We have evaluated CMS's TDI products, and believe it will be time and money well spent in assessing their viability with our financial institutions customer base.
"One aspect we particularly like about the CMS TDI product range is its ability to combine a consolidated feed together with proven ticker plant technology. This convenience will appeal to potential customers who would like to integrate CMS's data feed with the data feeds they already take from other sources."
