When I was made redundant - I could exercise my shares for up to 3.5 years after I left the company.
I would guess that a similar deal will have been struck or it will be part of his severance deal. Either way - he left on good terms as he is still working for them so he wont have been unhappy with the deal.

Erm. neither. I am actually a virgo.
and i am wondering what the hell prompted those questions????
One of my business interests is freely available on these revered pages and that is sufficient to track me down.
i would not dare lie cos you could all find me and come round in the small hours to put a bat up my nightie.

Well some of the management finally got a "bat up the nighty" at last, very long overdue if the company is to avoid going down the pan before it generates any decent turnover.
I dont post often on here but still stand by what I said before, the company is suffering from appalling management, the CEO chairman and the MD if not the whole board need replacing. Hopefully by now their lack of basic market research has been overcome by sheer blundering attrition.
We still dont hear how many Greenseal machines are installed and working, (I reckon its still only 1 or 2 on exhaustive test) they must be about 2 years behind schedule. I check each time I go in my local ASDA to see if a miracle has happened in the fresh food packing or Indian/Chinese/Thai take away area.
Their last RNS claimed income from Starpol in the USA is this money staying in the States or could it be used to lessen the next call on us? How is the accounting split between the UK and USA?

Should SEO be keeping the Starpol income in their USA bank account then this means if the UK operations are wound up (due to the cash burn for geenseal & no orders) then they avoid losing all the companies money. They could then trade under the USA company from there on without risk of any UK creditiors knocking, make good business sense if things are f@@ked up here in the UK. This would tie up with eariler post that the directors have returning back from the states this week.

forgive me for asking, but if the news about which you are all going on about is so good, why did the pirce barely move and volume remain (i think) very muted?

No-one said the news was good.
The general tone today has been downbeat, with the odd glimmer of it might be for the best!!
We all know very little about what is really happening and most people have made it clear that until we do, we should not jump to any conclusions.
There has been the odd tongue in cheek post, such as the couple above yours, and a bit of other unsubstantiated info, but all going on about it being so good?
I think not,

As briefly mentioned earlier, the shedding of personnel could be non-Starpol/GS oriented, also there could have been some overlap of expertise when Biotec came into the fold, so maybe some rationalisation.

Apart from Robbins we have no knowledge of who the other exSEOs are, nor what they did or didn't (!) do for their wages. That would be interesting in trying to understand the overall strategy/reasons.
Generally, these days SEO is a company that develops IP. For that they need mad professors, boffins and some patent/legal bods. Production engineering does not fall within that - hence the tie up with Reisner, Advanced, Mondini et all. Once a technology is discovered, researched, patented and developed it then only needs a marketing team to sell it and a (small?) technical team to bring it to commercialisation (which appears for GS to mean actually up and running and accepted after extended trials) plus of course a clerk to invoice and collect the royalties .
Assuming the dismissals are GS related, their original role would give us a clue as to what may be happening. Pity the owners of the Company (us poor sods!) are the last to hear what is going on - and then from a subscription only trade paper.
Not the most convincing evidence of a switched on, slick outfit that exploited every opportunity for PR over the last 2 years.
Despite todays discovery, anxiety and criticism on the BBs the SP held quite steady with an average to low volume.

Read the last paragraph on the RNS today.
It says what many of us have been saying was a huge problem for months.
Now we know why exclusivity is ended and its good news!!! (on face value).
