olie can occasionally seem normal, I admit it is very rare but true. Anyone who goes to these lengths registering so many aliases , posting 100's of messages weekly and whilst abroad( supposedly)has to have their sanity questioned!

and some force he will need Snap.
As you say it will cost the company 40k minimum to host the EGM ( not that it will happen, they take good advice), BUT,if the brave person leading the Calvary
(no sic , not cavalry) does it himself, consider this---
1.EVERY holder- read that again EVERY holder has to be advised of an EGM, taking 40k holders as a guide, if an EGM is called those responsible pay the bill, 40k envelopes= 40k stamps twice (a stamped adressed envelope is de- rigeur or no reply happens), I would suggest that the cost would be closer to 2 per holder,
budget for 80k- the co. will bill you for that..
2.If EVERY holder is not advised the EGM is cancelled-I can see the meeting opened with---
"I am afraid that Mrs Trellis of Bangor ys -y Coed, her sons Ivor and Yeun, plus further familly of 27, were not availed of the facts ( postie only comes at Xmas ` innit)"
Meeting closed- costs against the TAD rebels 100k- pay at the door please.
3.I doubt if Steig has enough shares to mount his action , the amount of shares in circulation is unknown,
He (Steig) can`t buy any between now and the AGM ( read a book on investment legal procedure Moneylender and Densil)
4.TAD is doomed anyway, its a farce, sell the damn thing now, buy a book on trading and get a life .
Enjoy

Ollie
Point 3, He needs support of 10% to call an AGM. We all know he cant buy them now but as long as he has the backing of 10% thats sufficient as far as i know.
Unless of course you know different.

You would think oilie would be too embarrassed to post, it's almost like the company are waiting for him to open his gob just so they can make him look stupid, so all that posting everywhere on all sites except iii where he has been neutered, LOL, what a waste of space.
Are you going?
Will be good to see SW kicked out!
By my calculations he needs to get someone to spend just under 1m to get enough shares to equal DL support and thats at 3.5p offer, if he or someone on his behalf starts buying then the price is going to go up, SHAME, and its going to cost him more, he might regret selling to pay his tax bill.
His life's work going down the pan all because of his ego, speaking of EGOs how is Ollie and the fact it is a little more bruised than it was last night?
