Coffee Heaven - A heavenly share for penny punters ? (COH)

Not just another coffee shop chain - this one is a brand leader and is only trading in Eastern/Central Europe (i.e. the countries recently admitted to the EU destined for substantial business growth). Stores: 43 (up from 32) stores currently trading (Poland: 30 (up from 23), Czech Republic: 6 (Up from 2), Latvia: 7 with a further 5 units under construction including Bulgaria and sites secured in Romania (subject contract). Bulgaria & Romania are seeking to join the EU from January 2007. Sites located in key high street, shopping malls or Airport locations. Company growth target: increase number of units by at least 20 units to some 63 units by 31 March 2007. Aim being to achieve this level of growth within present Cash resources.Cash balances at 31 March 2006 were approximately £2.9M (2005: £0.7M). Debt was nil (2005: £ 2.5M): Nil Debt! Positive EBITDA: For the year ending 31 March 2006, Group EBITDA expected to be firmly positive after charging UK and new market development costs but before exceptional costs relating to the cancellation of bonds (previous Debt). Forecasts: Based on present trading conditions and current exchange rates we anticipate indicative sales of £9.3M for the year to 31 March 2007. This includes indicative sales of £0.4M from Bulgaria, which will be reported but not consolidated. From Richard Worthington (Chairman and Chief Executive): ‘The new financial year has started well. There is no doubt that the significant economic improvement in our markets is feeding through to consumer confidence and spending. It's all about opininions David. I respect your negative stance on this one although of course I don't agree with it.
What we need to do and I mean all of us is get back to trying to have an adult discussion about COH.
I hope you don't mind me saying, but I think you have made your view on RW pretty clear on this discussion, and we need to move on.
The evidence of your views on him are all here on the board for people to form their own opinion.
You feel very strongly about people posting buy buy buy with no reasoning. I can understand that, but lets make a clean slate, all of us be adult and start a proper discussion from today.
If anyone post a blatent ramp from today, I will actually back you up, but you also need to be fair and accept that if people have money in this one they are going to find any positive information and want to post it for fellow holders.
This has gone on too long now, and I really hope we can discuss this one in an adult fashion in the future.

Oh dear sadly old Adieh is wrong again, It was just May when I statrted to post here and been eer so irresponsible I stated to be caeful with COH as it was over priced---and uess what within days it fell.


tut tut tut, I regret being so irresponsible.

Therefore ADIEH where are your lies tat you say I post?

Trut is AdieH you just plain dig sick that COH is not going where you want it to.

In fact 30p is looking good to me.

Please for the sake of the BBs put some honest substance into your obviously frustrated posts,

Sure I have upset posters, propbably will upset a few more as not many like the truth, especially when they hold the shares that I find suspect.

Another T trade today... someone is building a stake and trying to keep it under the radar, wonder if its Lehmans again... Be interesting to see if we get another RNS in the future comfirming this... Interesting times ahead if it is them as they could be buying on behalf of someone...

Ive been keeping an eye on this post for a while now. I like CoffeeHeaven as a growth stock and have been reviewing its balance sheet. I would like to ask a favour.

Could someone who has actually been in one of CoffeeHeavens outlets, please describe the experience for me. Is it just a quick sit and coffee type of place or is it one of those eastern european coffee shops where ppl go to sit for an evening , chat , have a coffee and desert etc ..

Also what kind of opening hours in general do they keep in the city locations.

You could say its the Starbucks of the East, very much a similar style and menu... It attracts mostly locals but does bring in tourists that want a generic style coffee shop rather than one off's. I have visited two in Prague this year... Tends to have people sitting down and chatting, when I visited it was mainly a younger clientel but wasn't all young people... You have no substance for claiming someone is stake building and trying to hide the based on one T trade.

Anyone with any sense wold be waiting for Worthingto to isses the long over due RNS on the Snack Attack relationship.

Anyway its down today just as I called it would be,

Why on earth would none want to stake build at these prices when in few weeks you may be able to pick them up around 30p?

Adieh I love pure raw aggression and find its best channelled into stock research. but I doubt if you have the inner character to fulfil your threats or were they dreams.

Oh yes I spell Ok when I write my big problem is typing as I find it rather boring, and yes sometime confusing when all the word run into one.

I never said that I pick stocks for fun, stock picking is serious stuff, and done with hard earned cash as you say.

Now perhaps you can understand why I warn people against COH as it has no value, no substance, no profits after seven years its still loss making, its all just hype, all jazzed up on great improved like for like sales which are obviously costing an arm and leg to make.

Hey man you right about one thing, my investment strategy may well be flawed, but hand on heart I am up again so far this year.

And my aggressive peanut I would not call a 100000 trade a large trade as there were plenty of sells of COH to that value last week.

Its nice to see you have a laugh, especially as the value of your investments is falling, you must be some kinda guy with a great sense of humour, its a pity its all masked with your petty childish agreesion.

As to your threats, apart from being illegal, which I will over looking not wishing to be seen taking an advantage over the poor less abled mentally inflicted----I bet you would not even want to try should we ever meet.

Why? You will probably think better of it as most bullies do when confronted. So I will forgive you.
