Evening all!

Would have popped in earlier, but got called away choccy - sorry. Thanks for last night's bacon rolls, jj - most welcome. You're a darling! ;-)

Still not travelled, still fighting the snow, of which there is buckloads, so I'll fire up the espresso machine, chuck one down the hatch and depart once more.

Nice fire BTW. Who stoked that?

.......not that I wish to test-drive them, you understand! ;-))

Right, time for dinner. Later!

chocolat - 19 Nov 2004 22:12 - 18950 of 23498

What's on the menu then?

Fundamentalist - 19 Nov 2004 22:13 - 18951 of 23498

Evening all

Been out for a curry and a few beers with my neighbours -they thought i needed looking after - i played along and asked where we are going tomorrow!!!

DD - best mate was anything but a banker on the soft today and scraped home by a nose - still looks good for cheltenham - 5/2 looks a decent price.

Jeffie - stow is a lovely place but you have got a shocking journey getting to the course. 10.30 isnt early enough - go earlier and have a champagne brekkie in the town before going to the course

LW - im afraid it was a 35mm solid wood door - i wish it had been the flat pack type

Choccy - we move out on the 3rd December and should get the house the following week. Plan is to get it stripped out and the planning application submitted prior to xmas. May try and make a start on the roof and guttering but will depend on timing/weather

gonna have a nice Hennesy XO brandy to finish off a nice relaxing evening - anyone care to join me?

This_is_me - 19 Nov 2004 22:14 - 18952 of 23498

397 for two nights in a horse box - free travel to the meeting!

I hope that you have placed your bets via Sportingbet by which means I am expecting to profit on the meeting!

Spaceman - 19 Nov 2004 22:15 - 18953 of 23498

Heyy, Fundie, moving before Christmas - nice one! We did that twice - just 2 days before, the first time. I had more notice the 2nd time, like a week!

Fundamentalist - 19 Nov 2004 22:32 - 18956 of 23498

Choccie
