Anyone know when the next payment is due for Biotec?

Quick question - at what price might the company have to pitch a placing to get people interested?

My view is that it would have to be well below 4p after today's skid, leaving opportunity for more downside as those in possession of the placing shares distort the market by taking quick profits.

IMO the current SP isn't cheap if it's likely to get cheaper. My view is they'll ask no higher than 3.5p in the placing.

WM would have been aware of the financial situation all along. The current situation has come into being essentially because of the ASDA exclusivity.

Puts WM in a good bargaining position, possibly. A deal would keep SEO afloat.

Robinhood, why would they raise 400K when their cash burn is 300K a month (which looks very conservative to me considering the amount of cash they got through in recent times)? They won't come to the market for less than 3 mil, IMO.

Biotec agreement was to pay a lump at the time (done) and a further $6.25m to be paid in 2 instalments, 12 and 24 months after completion.
Completion was announced on 5 Sept 05 so a payment is due within 3 weeks of the first installment of $3.125m - SEO half, SPhere half.
Presumably this is in their calculation of 3 months cash flow remaining or the FD is not doing his job.

Thinking the shorters would be closing which would restore normality (whatever that is), I bought another million earlier today. We shall see....

As the RNS says "three months in the absence of further funding or new

There is really nothing in the RNS and MWs statement that is new knowledge other than confirmation that Letters of Intent have been exchanged. So why look upon it differently today than yesterday? What has changed except a 15% lower purchase price?
