RNS Release

Embargoed until 7.00am on Monday 20 March 2006

CMS WebView wins new contract with commodities exchange
to facilitate easy switch to new disaster recovery (DR) site

CMS WebView plc (CMS), an international systems and software provider, has been
awarded a further contract with one of the world's leading futures exchanges.
The contract is valued at $43,000 and covers the transfer of the exchange's live
backup system to an alternative remote site.

The new contract follows an earlier deal for related services with the same
client. It was worth $30,000 and was first announced to shareholders in December
2005.

Under the terms of the new contract, CMS will provide re-configuration scripts
to enable the disaster recovery system to be switched to a remote site with the
minimum of disruption. The switch will be achieved and fully-tested during one
weekend, ready to go live by Sunday evening. The scripts are also pre-tested for
accuracy to limit the risk of human error, such as typing mistakes.

The disaster recovery software employs CMS's proprietary TDITM system. One of
the many benefits of TDITM is that it allows clients to run disaster recovery or
secondary sites as live parallel environments that will automatically replace
the outgoing production data feeds in the event of an emergency, with no manual
intervention.

Lee Playford, CMS WebView's Software Development Director, comments:

'As part of our ongoing development of TDITM we have invested heavily in
providing services for clients that allow automatic linking between primary,
secondary and/or disaster recovery locations. The automatic backup gives our
clients peace of mind in the rare event of a major primary system problem, such
as hardware failure, power failure or network failure.'

Statement re: Share Price Movement

Following a price rise in its shares CMS announces that it has received an
approach that may or may not lead to an offer.

It must be stressed that talks are at an early stage and there is no guarantee
that an offer will be forthcoming.

DAM & bLAST - Have just spent the last month unloading 1m shares to offset capital gains - selling the last tranche at 1.5p just last week.

Not a happy bunny

Global Nomad - 07 Apr 2006 18:47 - 1904 of 1924

I also dropped these a month ago at 2p after disparing for so long at the chances of any recovery. Any views on what might be attained here?

knute - 12 Apr 2006 10:59 - 1905 of 1924

I see the company has now circulated all shareholders on its register with a copy of Friday's RNS announcement. At least that counteracts the fallacious AFX comment planted on Monday.

CMS WebView says in talks over sale of software rights; cuts headcount
AFX

LONDON (AFX) - CMS WebView PLC, an international systems and software provider, said initial talks are currently underway with companies interested in buying the rights to its TDI software on a non-exclusive basis.

CMS WebView will report further on the talks by the end of September, the company said in a statement.

It also announced that it has cancelled non-essential supplier contracts, terminated its headcount substantially and consolidated its operations into a single location as part of its plans to cut ongoing overheads while exploring further business options.

Further, non-executive chairman Keppel Simpson has resigned with immediate effect as part of the move to reduce the size of the board.

He will be replaced by Keith Young, current non-executive vice-chairman.

CMS WebView PLC

RNS Release

11 July 2006

Directorate Change and other developments

On 17th May 2006 the company released it final results for the year ended 31
December 2006. In the Chairman's statement we outlined a number of key actions
being progressed that would ensure CMS WebView would continue to operate with
minimal ongoing overheads whilst exploring further business options, in
particular identifying a purchaser of the valuable intellectual property rights
of our leading TDI software suite.

We are pleased to report that initial talks are currently underway with
companies interested in potentially acquiring the rights to TDI on a
non-exclusive basis. The companies are considering using TDI for immediate use
and for further in-house development of their own data management projects. The
board intends to report further on this point by the end of September 2006.

Another action outlined in the Chairman's statement was the cancellation of
supplier contracts non-essential to the current objectives of the Company. We
can report these contracts have been terminated, and also that we have reduced
substantially our headcount and consolidated our operations into a single office
location.

As a consequence of these structural changes, it also made sense to reduce the
size of the current board of directors. As such, we have reluctantly agreed to
part company with Mr Keppel Simpson, non executive Chairman, who has volunteered
to resign with immediate effect. Mr Keith Young (currently Non-Executive Vice
Chairman) will assume the role of Chairman.

Bob Antell, CEO, CMS WebView, says:

"We are very grateful to Kep for his strong contribution over the years, and for
his offer to resign. His pragmatic approach to CMS's needs is appreciated, as
has his wise counsel as Chairman since our AIM listing in 2000. I would also
like to thank Keith Young for agreeing to take on the role of Chairman. Keith
has been Vice Chairman since 2000 and was Chairman from 1997 to 2000 prior to
the Company's flotation."
