I am Flemish, and speak Dutch, too.
But if you Google 'translations', it should come up with a couple of free translation sites.

robinhood,
Waar woont u? Ik ben van Antwerpen, mijn grootmoeder was Nederlands en mijn moeder woont in Amsterdam.
Zo leuk dat u Nederlands bent.

Tonyrelaxes, not sure I can agree with your assessment in post 18992 that SEO will hang on until end of October to raise funds (if I have read you correctly). IMO they won't want to run their bank account down to the last penny (or go overdrawn) and now that they have prepared the market for the fundraising they will be proceeding fairly smartly with it.

Woodie, Post 18996, "why is the bank finance the best way to go? if take up is still slow where will the money come from to pay the loan & interest?" Good point.

An equity placing seems likely, unless they can tempt some kind of VC deal out of the woodwork. The idea that they'll hang on and cover their costs with a contract that just suddenly appears seems to me to be a little bit like too much wishful thinking - seen too much of this before with OMH, SCO, etc.

BKK2. Ik ben Rotterdammer maar ik woon al sinds 1976 in Engeland. (forget Google translations ,it translates word by word rather then the sentence . b.v. " een school vissen" would be translated as" a college fish"

I speak French and German - any other young ladies out there needing help?

robinhood - 17 Aug 2006 13:54 - 19008 of 27111

May be we should tell SEO board in all the languages we can jointly muster to" get their fingers out"

Sharesure - 17 Aug 2006 13:54 - 19009 of 27111

Woodie, Bank finance would avoid dilution and make the company's mgt. clearly make a business case based on expected orders; it would discipline the mgt. team into behaving responsibly. I have had a suspicion that in the past this company has been run by boffins inventing good products but with little business acumen in how to reliably move from inventing into commercialising. Maybe Martin Wagner can do just that - I'm reserving judgement on that until we see something tangible to prove it.

Woodie,

In a worse case scenario, SEO own several product patents that they could either sell, or share license.
I feel a bank finance package would be best, as it would be relatively simple and quick. An equity type issue would presumably have relatively higher proportion set up fees. But as said, my opinion only and I am not close to being a finance expert.
I also think that given todays news release, they won't hang about.
