I am Flemish, and speak Dutch, too.
But if you Google 'translations', it should come up with a couple of free translation sites.
robinhood,
Waar woont u?

(forget Google translations ,it translates word by word rather then the sentence . b.v. " een school vissen" would be translated as" a college fish"

Woodie, Bank finance would avoid dilution and make the company's mgt. clearly make a business case based on expected orders; it would discipline the mgt. team into behaving responsibly. I have had a suspicion that in the past this company has been run by boffins inventing good products but with little business acumen in how to reliably move from inventing into commercialising. Maybe Martin Wagner can do just that - I'm reserving judgement on that until we see something tangible to prove it.

Woodie,
In a worse case scenario, SEO own several product patents that they could either sell, or share license.
I feel a bank finance package would be best, as it would be relatively simple and quick. An equity type issue would presumably have relatively higher proportion set up fees. But as said, my opinion only and I am not close to being a finance expert.
I also think that given todays news release, they won't hang about.

below taken from e-mail, recieved today, asking why all the panic and why this latesrt rns
We stated in our interims that we were reviewing the funding and our financing options. The announcement made today is an update.
We are continuing to review all the options. At half year we had 300k in the bank. Today we have 900k.
In the meantime, we continue to progress the commercialisation of our products and, as noted in Martin Wagers quote, there is positive news on this front from USA.
Best regards
Sylvia
