NO Chance it's gone to far and cost too much for both parties, lucky both have
other technology so it should affect either company in the long term but might in short term. DYOR.

Amities ,,l somewhat agree Adie; but dont entirely discount the idea of a last minute comprimise. lt happened with both ARX and Watermark reaching agreement after engaging in serious legal mud slinging for months ,,, .Mind you some comprimise ! ,,lol Arx surrendered 7.5% of its stock to Watermark !! ASSUMING SEO have lost the case then their backs are to the wall; and i think its time to stop prevaricating, and start talking awarding BPRG generous royalties ,,,,,From the BPRG viewpoint, that would probbly suit them better than trying to extract cash from a company hardly reknowned for cash generation. ,,,,YET !!! ,,,But i know many traders/ brokers/hi worth individuals who find SEO extremely attactive and whose only concern is this blasted litigation ...Without such baggage i think SEO would have a s/p nearer 10p-12p ..

I too work in the packaging industry as a Technical Sales Manager for a large packaging Company. There is much excitement regarding the technology for sealing lidding material using Radio Waves, the development could see a massive saving on sealing webs for packers. I already have a substantial number of shares but will be buying more. The Bio-Progress case should have no bearing on share performance if Stanelco loses but will be an added bonus if they win.
