Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I am getting object not found (3 times) when I access the Traders room. Problem seems to be with the adverts.

Hi,

There was a problem with the post list this morning, but that was resolved when I changed the header to load in the javascript library that displays the oasis adverts...

since then I have not been able to get that error at all (I have tried loading it on all of our web cluster.

hmm.

could you please try pressin ctrl-f5 on the page that you get the errors and then post if you still get errors... (can you also tell me hte exact page you are accessing, maybe cut/paste the URL from the address bar?

thanks,
J.

qwento - 16 Apr 2004 09:45 - 1908 of 7315

TullettJ - Tried ctrl-f5 - still get the error on the main Traders Room page.

this is really strange, and I am unable to reproduce it.

If you could click 'yes' when it asks you if you want to debug and then when it shows the script debugger, if you could either email me a screen shot to spooky@moneyam.com or post what it says here, I may be able to get more of an idea...

Many thanks.

Still having prpblems with spy programmes.

Every time I change a page up come spy programme block

It is becoming a pain. Only seems to occur at moneyam site.

Also on the portfolios page would it be possible to have when stock is bought included on screen.

Have a nice day!!!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 16 Apr 2004 10:14 - 1913 of 7315

Fred,

We will investigate this for you.

Ian

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 16 Apr 2004 10:14 - 1914 of 7315

Fred1new,

what does the spy block say? sounds like it may be being a little overzealous...
