I am amazed, do potatoes really need to be peeled? I will have to ask "her-indoors", she takes care of things like that.

Hi Choocie, Thanks for the piccie. Don't know any huge people but if I did I would have to think twice about inviting them for dinner....they eat too much.
We are having topside of beef and Yorkie puds with broccolie and carrots, Just enough for two about three times over!!

I always cook too much - but there's never much chance of left-overs, as scavengers have 'em for breakfast
Heyy, Socks, all that sleep can't be doing you any good..

Btw, we've got a good butcher locally too. There's always a queue of old dears outside on a Wednesday waiting for him to cut their hair. It's half price for oap's.

DD...see Jessie for your ironing..
Mrs lw ran a 21k half marathon in Cape Town this am and I was the silly bugger who had to get up at 4.15 to take her there.
Race started at 6 because of the heat of the day [ we had an overcast morning with a few spots of rain- 25 degrees so uneccessary].
She did it in 2hrs 5mins which pleased her and finished 722nd out of approx 3500 so she was delighted.
She'd never run before our coming out here so pretty good, oh yes and me;
well, I slept in the car whilst she ran!!
