Spaceman - 22 Nov 2004 15:09 - 19108 of 23498

Half day on the scaffolding today, I was on my own so spent most of the time watching people walk by and drinking tea. I did manage to move one small bit of lead and about 15 bricks, oh and I nearly forgot I also folded up 2 tarpaulins.

daves dazzlers - 22 Nov 2004 15:13 - 19109 of 23498

Thats builders for you spaceman, you would of had more joy,,if you had more tea!

and a scratch on the head.

Spaceman - 22 Nov 2004 15:13 - 19110 of 23498

I have just realised how out of touch I am, I was looking at those celeb people and I only know one of them and that's Janet, I have no idea who the others are !

daves dazzlers - 22 Nov 2004 15:14 - 19111 of 23498

Goldie,is that the nags money,

Priscilla - 22 Nov 2004 15:16 - 19112 of 23498

Oh, Spacey, you are my hero! I've just posted something similar on Hils' original thread......

Golddog - 22 Nov 2004 15:17 - 19113 of 23498

Of course it's the nags money, i'm not giving you over 4500 for nothing am i!
:-)

Howdy Spaceman.

Spaceman - 22 Nov 2004 15:20 - 19114 of 23498

dd, I have already got a scratch on the head and a big scrape on my arm and another one on my back along with a big bump on my head where I walked into a ladder, plus I almost fell backwards off a ladder at the top of the scaffolding, had I fallen it was 35 feet onto concrete, probably not nice !

Never mind I carry them all like war wounds, I can spend almost 15 minutes explaining to people where all the scrapes, bumps and cuts came from.

If only I could get my tea, biscuit and cigarette consumption up I would feel like a proper builder.

Golddog - 22 Nov 2004 15:20 - 19115 of 23498

Priscilla, Is that not the aim of the programme? people that you do not know? but by the end of the show you either love em or hate em to further their bank balances?

stockbunny - 22 Nov 2004 15:20 - 19116 of 23498

Spaceman - you probably know the guy who was in Starkies and Crutch
years ago! (Guy with the sunglasses on his head)

daves dazzlers - 22 Nov 2004 15:21 - 19117 of 23498

Can i change my mind,as i thought this was a new pot of loot & not nag money,,sorry.

cheers mate,,nancy it is 100 to win.

Fundamentalist - 22 Nov 2004 15:23 - 19118 of 23498

DD - ive never heard a bookie refund a bet "cos i made a mistake" and i dont expect poochy will be any different lol

Golddog - 22 Nov 2004 15:26 - 19119 of 23498

I thought you said you would give all your money in the world to have her? Worried of losing your betting pot and love goes out the window. What if she wins, you'll be sorry!

Spaceman - 22 Nov 2004 15:29 - 19120 of 23498

Stockbunny, no I don't remember him, although I should as I did watch the program, I think I might know one other isn't that Burrell bloke something to do with the ex princess of wales?

P any chance of some lemon drizzle? its been a hard day up the scaffolding. Lamby would like a piece as well if there is enough.

stockbunny - 22 Nov 2004 15:35 - 19121 of 23498

Yes Burrell was the butler.
That guy was Huggy Bear....

Priscilla - 22 Nov 2004 15:36 - 19122 of 23498

I'll just go and make a special 'Lamby Lemon Cake'.... check in here again about 4.30......there might be an announcement.

hilary - 22 Nov 2004 15:38 - 19123 of 23498

P,

You're not alone in not knowing who half of them are. That's why I suggested that they'd scraped them from the Z-list.

Great viewing though!

Spaceman - 22 Nov 2004 15:40 - 19124 of 23498

stockbunny, wow I remember him, I thought he was much older! I met David Soul once not long ago, now I remember a time when people would have been impressed by that ;-)

Golddog - 22 Nov 2004 16:00 - 19125 of 23498
