"Soul traders ."
thanks for the lesson.
My god- bothering days are well behind me. or a few years away yet -depending on your viewpoint.
No my eyes are wide open.
I'll just wait and see what happens.
As I've said many times before. It's my money and if it goes down the pan; such is life.
I will have nobody to blame but myself and my own greed.
I bare no-one any ill will and always welcome reasoned argument.
SEO needs cash - SEO has Good prospects and has deals pending with large companies who want their products-
I've heard nothing to counter this.
There is agreed facility to issue shares, agreed during last agm. So it should not be seen as a shock- SHOULD it happen.
If it all comes off , then I'm still quids in.
If it does'nt ...ho hum.
i've been in it for years -so have'nt/won't loose as much as some. But have a varied spread upto 25p (thankfully-mostly well below this).

alan re your quote from post 19122 "My information is that Asda are one of several big boys who have invested very large sums in terms of time and effort to make GS and Starpol happen. These people do not hang there hats on a peg marked bust"
if that is the case why have they not put cash into the company in return for shares?

I am sorry but I find your last question irrelevant.
ASDA are not interested in becoming farmers, slaughtermen, food processors, packagers etc. It looks like they are even trying to get away from actualy distributing the stull around the country. All they want to do is sell the stuff in the best and most profitable way possible.
Put simply ASDAs 'raison d'etre' is retailing.

Andy, nothing bitter and twisted about my post, I assure you, but I still see your posts as very much in the 'I told you so, look how clever I am' mould, whether intended or not. Sorry. Like you, I only post things as I see them.
In your last post you say 3p could be a good buying opportunity. Whatever are you basing that on?
If Greenseal conversions and Starpol take-up starts to move now, as I believe it will, we could be looking at 250-500 conversions over the next year. Even at a conversion rate of 200 per year,at 35,000 per license it gives us 7m extra income which if my maths are sound, on a PE of just 10,would = a SP of around 14p. With no Starpol, wrap etc sales included. It isn't difficult to see that each subsequent 100 conversions adds a significant amount to the SP. And R & D is likely to reduce substantially now, allowing income from other areas to add to profit.
I dont see where the 3p comes in - if the conversions dont start to happen soon in decent numbers, we may see SEO going belly up. If the conversions start to come the SP rises very quickly. 8p would be a good buying opportunity, and 10p, and so on - but if, for example, the numbers of licenses being issued are not divulged one by one and we merely get an RNS stating 'another 50 conversions', you'll see the SP rocket - there wont be time to get on board.
This is either going to sink like a stone to an SP of nil or (as I believe) , take off like a rocket.
IMO, naturally.

Teather and Greenwood still have Stanelco as a BUY as of 2 days ago!
They must know something we all don't!
Is there anyone out there who can find out how they have based this opinion?

Oblo
I doubt that SEO will achieve 50 conversions in the next 12 months, nevermind 250-500. I'm sorry but this really is PM1 stuff of dreams rather than reality. The company have consitently failed to deliver over the last year, what on earth makes you think those sort of figures are now achievable? 3p is a real possibility, especially if there is another public funds issue to raise further (much needed) funds. Any such issue will not get off the ground at the current SP Personally, I'm not to sure it will get off the ground at all, Whichever institution(s) stumped up at 8p have to be really pissed off to see their investment eroded by 50% in such a short time. I can't see this SP ever rocketing again, too much hype, most of which perpetuated by SEO themselves. A considerable amount of investor bridge building is required before trust is restored.

Probably the most pompous and hilarious post I've read on here for some time.
We're looking at at a fledgling Microsoft or Tetrapak here - those of us still in, committed and confident know that -those others of you will realise it too late.
If it's that good we all have plenty of time to get in - as it goes up.
There has been some real research going on behind the scenes some of the results of that research have come my way and convinced me that SEO are going places.
Do tell us more. Wouldn't be PM1 would it?
because we know in our hearts it is right .
Not the best basis for financial investments.
Thats why SEO attracts the most posts of any share on the BB's and why the shares are so heavily traded.
More likely because first, it has been aggressively pumped by notorious rampers who should be behind bars and second, it is a PI favourite.

I can't find out how they have based their decision but, based on the research I and two colleagues (posters on bbs) have done and depending on whether my source was the greatest actor lost to the stage, - in other words a BS artist of monstorus proportions - then I think I know why T&G have come to their BUY recommendation.
It is my opinion that good times are just around the corner and that there is a strong possibility that one or more big contracts are within the grasp of SEO that will be a watershed in the company's history. The recent RNS mentioned two letters of intent; my sources indicated that there was one. If these events come to pass, the present share price will be history.
Now I am not guaranteeing anything in saying that, there is always a (slight) possibility of an unexpected hiccup in the development of negotiations, but I am very comfortable with my holding. I shall not be adding any more until this expected good news transpires.
Whilst writing this, it has just occurred to me, that it could happen that a contract might be announced before the fund raising exercise gets going. If this turns out to be the case, then the company will not have to issue as many shares as has been intimated on here during the past two days - assuming that that is the route they take - because the price will have risen appreciably from these levels.
Forgive me, but I cannot and will not add anything more to that opinion without risking my confidential source.
There are a few readers of SEO bulletin boards who know the depth of my research.

t+g had seo as a buy at 12p. evo have had seo as a buy even at 23p. both brokers had apparantly held talks with seo and had done extensive research.

Don't see what the fall out is!!!
Those of us who are confident consistently say we are putting no more in, we will wait and see, but our very varied sources tell us big things are happening.
Those who are wary and cautious (quite rightly) of SEO are saying wait and see, things could yet become good.
Wheres the difference?

Which all brings us back to my post No. 19117 in which I said
'opinions, opinions and more opinions, all based on very few facts, doom and gloom and quite frankly, as far as I'm concerned , a right load of old cobblers because at least 90% of the posters over the past few days have absoulutely zilch knowledge of what is actually happening behind the scenes '
It shouldn't be long before we get some answers and facts, hopefully. Night all.

Just got back in.
Oilywag, agree with you and selected others.
I agree, not long to wait before all is revealed.
There are certain posters who I respect and others quite frankly enjoy distorting the situation to suit themselves.
This business will have no problems in securing finance.
Letters of intent from the companies involved are not issued on a whim.
