I thought long about commenting.
I am a longer term shareholder from the old days.
I follow the debate on iii mainly, although I never comment as most of what one finds on this BBs is a just a personal spin on what we know already and the usual jostling for position.
I must say that sometimes I have found 10B's posts rather confusing, however he does raise some interesting points which have been confirmed via his share price predictions.
I also must say I think our company has entered into a period of stagnation and therefore concern for the sharholders.
I agree that all shareholders should express their concerns over the board members, as that will certainly keep every one on their toes.
Each and every company officer has the right to defend their positions through a formal reply within the rules.
What I find most upsetting was the post that Moneyam removed, as when we have this sort of irresponsible violent verbal abuse, we relegate, not only ourselves but our race, and goodness knows there is enough violence in this world without bringing it into our homes via the PC.
Therefore well done Bullshare in keeping these BBs "clean"
Finally we are very short of news and the moment as I said, have we as a company began to lose direction? We lost EMPIK, what now is the true situation with Snack Attack etc , and I also believe that we have turned in losses for long enough.
Just my honest thoughts as I dont have the gumption to ask the company direct and therefore do it here.
There now are more than one here, and on iii, claiming our compny's SP is heading south, and a number of my fellow long term holders appear to be selling their holdings, therefore some recipricol support for the company would be very welcomed.
Please no abusive replies, if any, as its obvious the debate here likes to be only very postively inclined and that does tend to frighten off an open expression of one's concerns.

Good post umax. Sadly it has got very personal on here and I hold my hands up to being part of that by answering David in a very childish manner.
I'm far from proud of that and you will have hopefully read my last few posts where I have asked if everyone could try and forget the past and discuss this company in a more adult way.
I'm not holding my breath but lets leave it at that.
David although frustrating at times has raised some very valid points. The main one being they are yet to really show a profit.
FWIW, I think that quite a few investors have been frustrated at the store roll out and the threat of the impending competition.
There seems to be support to the arguement that it takes time to locate good sites and the fact that it is not as straight forward to do business in these countries as in the UK.
I accept part of that reasoning but feel the company has been there long enough now to have been able to learn how to address some of those issues and be rolling stores out faster than they are at present. They have the capital to be able to do this.
I'm not too worried about EMPIK pulling out as if my memory serves me right were they not looking to take control or at least have a very big influence on the companies future.
As you state the situation with Snack Attack is still very unclear at the moment so it's hard to comment.
On a more positive note according to Digital Look there are three brokers stating strong buy with none being negative.
On a personal note this will be a very important year for COH as far as my investment is concerned as they really do need to start showing a profit after all this time. I'm lucky in that I am well up so far but each drop in the price is making me reconsider.
It's my view that RW has been over cautious in growing the company and that is why investors are starting to question things.
Of course I could be talking rubbish, and it would be nice for those more experienced with the numbers etc than I am for there views.

Umax I understand your point of view, I got the reaction that I was hoping for and BullShare took the necessary action and hopefully he will in future, the thread is being watched carefully and no one has been banned (confirmed by IanT)... The board seems to have calmed down for now and I hope it remains that way...
As for Snack Attack, RW stated in an email to myself that the board were aware of the article but have denied any tie up there... I believe Snack Attack are looking for press coverage and the idea of retail space being utilised by Snack Attack and COH most certainly doesn't fit with what I have seen in Czech Rep...
Regarding SP I see as some comfort that we seem to a period of consolidation and if and when we get news of roll outs then that will be the time for SP to move north... I cannot believe that RW and the board are sitting on their back sides doing nothing , there must be things happening in the back ground and once we see evidence of this then hopefully we will be back heading north towards the brokers targets... Regards.

Adieh, I regret that I am unable to reply. I am a staunch pacifist, I reiterate an extraction from my above posting in an attempt at the continued preservation of the civilities which I believe that decent people should allways observe.
The post will be my last as I return to the anonymity of being a reader only.

Anyone else notice the after hours T trades, seems to be a pattern over the last couple of weeks... Someone seems to be building on the quiet but were not getting any RNS to confirm this, any views anyone as i'm abit perplexed!

Good moring all.
Nice to see Adieh TAKEN TO TASK FOR HIS VIOLENT OUTBUSTS.
But that said the RAF Regiment was never known for its intelligence.
Also nice to see COH going the way I said it would.
No more to be said save perhaps beware of the rampers they are only looking after their pockets.
Also beware of CEOs such as Worthington, he has sold out twice and could easily do so again. Also in this time of doubtful concern he is very slow with keeping his loyal shareholders up to date----methinks and RNS is long over due.
Oh yes Eire was simply great.
