Petrol Resources 29p to 435 by mid summer (PET)

chartist2004 - 15 Apr 2004 12:02

The tiny Irish stock on the brink of landing 'the first' post-sanction oil deal in Iraq. Ref 'Fleet Street Letter' 12-04-04..

seawallwalker - 20 Dec 2004 16:04 - 1913 of 2700

PET's intraday looks like a repeating mott and bailey castle.

It is a classic pattern each one falling lower than the previous one.

After the wall the ramparts, then the ditch, then the inner wall, then the ditch then the bailey then the fall to the next castle.

As I said a classic, not disimilar to the teacup, but cant see a handle.

No handle you drop it.

All in all today she falls.

Tomorrow................?

I have shead a tear for you all, because it could happen to anyone.

This is a dog with fleas and i sincerely hope the management gets kicked out for blatent misrepresentation. this is far worse than a dry well.

as a trader i have been at the brunt of these kind of stocks on other occasions and my sincere sympathy for those on the wrong side.

Well said. SWW.

drunker50 - 20 Dec 2004 16:33 - 1919 of 2700

someone needs to oil the cogs lol

seawallwalker - 20 Dec 2004 16:36 - 1920 of 2700

Hmmm...........

The 'word' is that MOO have refused to ratify the two contracts.

If that is true this could go back through the roof with pent up energy.

Notice I said, "If that is true!"

I really would not hold long or short on this as I have no bottle...............

hampi_man - 20 Dec 2004 16:40 - 1921 of 2700

SWW, I'm still in and hoping for a recovery of some sort........my heart is beating too fast these last few days, not sure if I can take it anymore, but would rather at this stage hang on and see what happens.

seawallwalker - 20 Dec 2004 16:43 - 1922 of 2700

hampi man good luck.

here is something else posted on the other side, equally apt.

Make your own decisions though

chaos and mayhem - 20 Dec 2004 17:09 - 1924 of 2700

This is not done and dusted yet by any means .. a mega twist could yet happen .. things are not adding up at all ..

mbthedude - 20 Dec 2004 17:19 - 1925 of 2700

Seawall,

Do you mean the Interim Government may have refused to ratify the proposals put forward by the MOO ?

cyberraja - 20 Dec 2004 17:56 - 1926 of 2700

"The 'word' is that MOO have refused to ratify the two contracts."

erm, Its not the MoO that ratifies any agreement.
MoO just puts forward the proposal to the Iraqi Administration who then ratifies it, or not.

at least, when one wants to start a rumour get the basic facts right.

seawallwalker - 20 Dec 2004 17:59 - 1927 of 2700

mbthedude - cant say, I read it on ADVFN which is full of rubbish lately anyway.

I reckon it's rubbish another straw cast to the wind.

cyberraja - 20 Dec 2004 18:01 - 1928 of 2700

seawallalker

Mr ear-basher

Is it fair to say that what is coming over the hot wire is correct, and that the ministry of oil is refusing to approve the contracts to the two companies put forward, ordering a rethink, hence no RNS ?

Of course you will know the truth, wont you ?

And you are right, pigs might fly!

I think thats rubbish.

Tokyo says he will be back in after he does more research. Hope he gets it right next time then!
Tokyo,I am not `Simple Simon` from the `other` bb. You really must accept that there are a lot more Simon Self sympathisers around then you may feel comfortable with. Self never wavered in his belief that PET was a waste of time and recent events have proved him only too right. Myself and many others have been of the same belief but were not as handy with the words as SS is and therefore kept silent in case we had our heads bitten off by the rampers.
