Never mind the handbag swinging. The darkside are firmly in control of the price action as the share price touches 2.75p bid once again.

Shareholders must use the force to push the shareprice back up through the 50 day MA ................

The Tadpole Shareholders Group, described as a loose association of shareholders, has sent in a requisition calling for an extraordinary general meeting after weeks of waiting to see what rebel board member Steig Westerberg was going to do.

Westerberg came in to the company with Stream Theory, which specialises in downloading games over the internet. The business was supposed to complement Endeavors, but the shareholders claim it has been the companys undoing.

The rebels accuse Westerberg of weakening the share price yet further by selling shares throughout last spring and summer, dragging it from 12p to todays lows.

Westerberg himself was apparently supposed to be calling an EGM to remove chairman David Lee, but now the shareholders are calling for the removal of Westerberg.

I see KDC and ainsoph are back on the new TAD ramping web-site, oh and look the TAD shareholders are revolting, no change on the Eastern Front then.

88 TOMORROW!!!!!

Kivver - 21 Nov 2005 23:57 - 1924 of 2262

Thanks Dil, glad someone tried to answer my question. Is it worth cashing in the 27 quid plus costs (7.50). or wait for the tadpole to sprout into a frog sometime in the future?

blinger - 22 Nov 2005 19:32 - 1925 of 2262

You really must check out the new TAD web-site, yuff now thinks that he and the gang are not only shareholders, but also management, also board directors, and can hire and fire staff/directors at will.
This has to be the best laugh since "1 By XMAS", and amazingly the show has the same cast of losers, er sorry highly professional and educated entrepreneur clowns.
Shame there will not be an EGM, to video the performance would be worth an Oscar for the funniest comedy since Charlie Chaplin first made a total prat of himself- only he got paid $$$$$m.

?????????????????????????????????????????? im moving on.

blinger/olie

Unfortunately for you we actually own more shares than steig and have already past SW's holding and so if the EGM goes ahead SW will be voted off, somehow I can't see him wanting to lose everything he has worked for the last 9 years he will do a deal with DL.
Difference between you and everyone else is we actually do have a say and with 10's millions of shares to back it up we will get what we want, it's SW that won't.
EGM od no EGM SW ain't in control anymore.
:-)
Meanwhile whats your excuse for the lasy 7 years posting on a share you have no interest in, neutered on many bb's and registering ainsoph and KDC on the tad website, I see you tried to register yuff but got neutered again. LOL

snappy - 23 Nov 2005 15:01 - 1928 of 2262

dear oh dear yuffy

a bee in your bonet and a chip on your shoulder

wouldn't you need a 2/3 majority to dump steig of the dump? that would equate to roughly 200 million of the little wrigglers?

yes Steig of the dump is clutching at straws but so are the action group.

it's all well and good mustering up 10% of the collective shares in issue to requisition an EGM or table motions at an AGM, but quite another getting them through.

Former Stream holders have circa 80 million of the wrigglers leaving circa 220 million floating about, it could be very difficult to remove Steig n Dilts.

The race is not a foregone conclusion

snappy - 23 Nov 2005 15:08 - 1929 of 2262

It must be difficult for you yuff seeing all that shareholder value evaporate into thin air. 84p to 3p, that's quite a fall.

blinger - 23 Nov 2005 17:39 - 1930 of 2262

yuff,
you have as much chance of calling an EGM, changing management, and getting to run the company as you have picking a winning share, or for TAD to reach 1 by Xmas- you and the rest of the cardigan clad dreamers will be crushed by costs before the paper dries.
You live in a dream world man, where I try to steal your (silly) alias, God knows why I would want it?, and where people post with hundreds of aliases trying to pull TAD down.
Let me tell you a secret, I have traded TAD long and short for years , among many better companies, I have consistently forecast its trend, and made money both long and short, mainly short.
Now get a reality check on your mind from a highly qualified quack, before you go over the edge and start wearing your Napoleon hat again ( the one in the safe-remember?)
I see the new TAD web-site has posted a hurried warning that they are not really serious, just in case they get a writ,oh as a ps,
you and the others have NO IDEA how many shares Steig has on his side, the man is NOT a fool,

lol!!!!!!!

Moneylender - 23 Nov 2005 17:43 - 1931 of 2262

Snappy

You are getting like Ollie, I think you are wrong when you say a two thirds majority is required. At an EGM to pass the agenda its a straight fight majority wins.

Unless you know different of course.

blinger - 23 Nov 2005 18:20 - 1932 of 2262

Removal of a director is a mine-field, consider the House of Lords ruling, where a dismissed director (who was also a shareholder) was held to be entitled to have the company wound up under the Insolvency Act 1986.
Has anyone found out what the Service Contract situation is, what will the pay off be, whom pays it, TAD certainly can`t afford it,the whole thing is a dream which will turn into a nightmare for those putting their names to this nonesense, a bunch of losing punters from a few bb`s take on the House of Lords????,
sell up and buy some proper shares.
Good fun to see the egg on face though.

have a nice Thanksgiving.

snappy - 23 Nov 2005 18:57 - 1934 of 2262

I thought it was a two thirds majority but it would appear that it is a three quarters.

So you will need Steig (and the rest of the Stream Theory 80 million issue) to vote himself and Dilts off the board. Hardly likely unless of course the payoff is worth more than the shares themselves.

The action group will have a real struggle

blinger - 23 Nov 2005 19:10 - 1935 of 2262

Exactly, and if he hasn`t got a 5 year `golden handshake contract` i`ll be very suprised, a phyrric victory if ever.
Perhaps the `cardies` will scrape up the severance pay- oops silly me they will anyway from the GEM drawdown to pay for it and another -25% dilution.

They are all dreamers,
