Priscilla, I have already given a snippet! did you miss it? and yeah, Ghosty thought it was drizzle. I have just emailed Greystone to say that it is now back off print and back to the writter for me to add something about shares.

optomistic - 24 Nov 2004 16:15 - 19289 of 23498

Priscilla I bet you open all your Christmas pressies early.

stockbunny - 24 Nov 2004 16:15 - 19290 of 23498

Favouritism if ghosty has been allowed to read it.....
(where's my wooden spoon gone?) ;>)

hilary - 24 Nov 2004 16:20 - 19291 of 23498

It's probably going to get rougher yet, Bunny.

Oil's heading back up and you've got those twin deficits which everyone is going on about. The hit a fresh all time high this morning and cable looks like it's heading up for a retest of 1.90. I don't really know why it sold down to 1.77 over the summer ...... cable carry trade has still got to be in favour. They're currently discounting any good news from the US and the anticipated Fed rise in December and our interest rates should rise further soon once they realise that consumer spending is not easing.

stockbunny - 24 Nov 2004 16:25 - 19292 of 23498

Hmmm we'll have to see how it progresses - I take it you're either
not touching it with a barge pole or you're shorting it?

hilary - 24 Nov 2004 16:30 - 19293 of 23498

I take a fresh Dollar position every day, Bunny. Mainly short recently, but I'll buy it if I think it's going to go up.

Golddog - 24 Nov 2004 16:32 - 19294 of 23498

I'm not sure i like where you want to stick that wooden spoon bun buns?

poochy runs to the broom cupboard to finish his master piece (oh how we laughed)

poochy sticks his head from behind the cupboard door, 'can someone get me a Bods'.

stockbunny - 24 Nov 2004 16:38 - 19295 of 23498

Certainly Poochy - would you like that Bods with or without
the wooden spoon.... (evil grin)
;>)
Well the auction doesn't seem to have completely favourable today
:>(

stockbunny - 24 Nov 2004 16:43 - 19296 of 23498

Ah now poochy you know I'm only joking... :>)
