Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Golfclub12 - 23 Jun 2004 07:10 - 1933 of 3104

The results are on the board.....

Pumacat - 23 Jun 2004 07:20 - 1934 of 3104

Well the results to me seem to be excellent with a move inot substnatial profitability.

Alos new contract in germany and an indication that more european contracts are on the way. Basically the message seems to be the last 3 years was getting the compnay ready and now we are in a position to exploit it. There was also reference to future contracts that have been won and will be being announced shortly.

All we can do is wait and see what happend to the share price

fingers crossed!!!

GEOFFREY.R - 23 Jun 2004 07:57 - 1935 of 3104

Looking good up 11.9% already

Pumacat - 23 Jun 2004 08:02 - 1936 of 3104

only if the uptrend is maintained and for that I think the new deals hinted at need to be announced fairly quickly, perhaps within the next 4- 6 weeks. It will also depend on what commentries are passed by the press in relation to the share - i reckon its again a case of wait and see!

Overman - 23 Jun 2004 08:02 - 1937 of 3104

These without doubt are excellent results. For all the long-term holders these are very pleasing results indeed. The company has made giant strides in the last year and have moved in to full-year profits of 300K. I don't believe there are many telematics companies in the market at present which has shown profitability, given the market is still in the 'pre-growth' stage of its life. I anticipate cybit will continue to make massive sustainable growth and profitability as the telematics market develops and grows in the coming years.

Points to note:

1. Full year maiden profit of 300K with turn-over increased by 60%

2. New resellers in the pipeline and will be announced in the next few months

3. First contracts signed in Germany and Holland

4. Growth in consulting revenues

5. Improvements and upgrades in the present technologies

6. Strong order book the year

6. Strong balance sheet with 5 mill raised in Nov 2003 for organic growth and
acquisitional opportunities as and when they arise.

All in all this company has 'Winner' written all over it for long-term investors.

GEOFFREY.R - 23 Jun 2004 08:06 - 1938 of 3104

I agree Overman a good long term investment

nematode - 23 Jun 2004 08:26 - 1939 of 3104

yes,lonterm investment.

Overman - 23 Jun 2004 08:44 - 1940 of 3104

The results today have given a clearer picture of the company's progress and what there is to come. I think the depressed share price in the last 6 months or so and the current unstable climate has shafted the share price for the time being. This said, I believe that this company has great potential and I wouldn't be surprise to see a change in the trend in the short-term as more and more information is disclosed, as I believe something major is going on behind the scene.

I am totally committed in this company and even though the share price have been some what disappointing in the last half year, I still believe the success story in this company. I am holding this one out and will continue to top up as and when funds are available. The results today have only strengthen my belief that this company has a very bright future ahead.....only time will tell.

Sometimes investment decisions are made out of gut feelings or a hunch that this time we're on something really special. Cybit is one of those for me...I still believe strongly that my investment in Cybit will make me a life changing return in the future.

good luck to all long-term holders

Douggie - 23 Jun 2004 09:08 - 1941 of 3104

HI Bro I am so very sorry that I recomended this share to you.

Flinny - 23 Jun 2004 10:14 - 1942 of 3104

Bugger, good results = drop in share price. I'm sure one day they will be worth something but I've got to pay my builders ! Good luck everyone but I'm out !!

Golfclub12 - 23 Jun 2004 10:16 - 1943 of 3104

MillionDollarMan - 23 Jun 2004 10:23 - 1944 of 3104

Flinny: I'm sure the MM's will enjoy your money!

THEY AREN'T HAVING MINE!

rampage - 23 Jun 2004 10:29 - 1945 of 3104

Nor mine !!

skids - 23 Jun 2004 10:33 - 1946 of 3104

All,

On the face of it I don't think the results have had an impact (apart from the first 5 mins of trading this morning). CYH is down at the moment, but no more than it has been over the last few months. If the market were expecting more from the results I think we'd be further in the red than we are. I'm staying in for the time being, or at least until I can figure out why the price has been floating around the 2p mark.

Good luck all,

skids

Flinny - 23 Jun 2004 10:33 - 1947 of 3104

Douggie - 23 Jun 2004 12:55 - 1948 of 3104

very sadly I too am probably a long time holder I've got to hold and hope, cant bring myself to write off 40% just hope it dont get any worse.

jonfish53 - 23 Jun 2004 13:03 - 1949 of 3104

Douggie I know how you feel Im 40% down aswell but Im
in for at least 2 years It will ge t better.

Kivver - 23 Jun 2004 13:04 - 1950 of 3104

im holding even though i bought the majority at 1.5p (still nice profit). It is all about growth and accelerated earnings, this is what they need to show in the next 6 months. It may also be a future target for someone like trafficmaster.
