Norton anti-virus can be upgraded on screen. REALLY SIMPLE. I did it and nothing has gone wrong in the last ten months.

Priscilla - that was my plan. I just wondered whether to take the option of renewing sub 17 for existing package or pay the 29 for the enhanced option. Any advice?

...err, I just renewed mine but dunno what package that was. I know it has Internet Security whichis fanbtabidozy for ad. blocking. What do they say about the enhanced package?

Yea, mine ad blocks too. This offered spyware and stopping virus in incoming e-mail (before they come!!). Old system stops worms, trojan horses et al, so thought it was comprehensive enough. Shall check again and probably go for the upgrade - it is just the system I have works and there is something about
introducing something new, that with my current luck could have dire results!!

Just noticed, new package is called "Internet Security" - so that is what you will have. Great :-)

jj, Some girls have all the fun, fishing in your own home curled up on the sofa- how nice. I had the same problem here at the Cafe once, the damn Bods inlet pipe bust and the cellar got flooded with poochy brew! It was a nightmare sucking it all up. Norton Internet Security at PC world recently for 24.99

Looking at Hils bets, she don't stand to win much on any of her bets? (mutley snigger). Too many bets spoil the broth!

I have Norton but I do not intend to renew as others seem to have overtaken it.

I will be looking closely at avg, there is a free version, (www.grisoft.com) also Panda, Kaspersky, Avast
