Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

PTH....nobody removed the post other than myself.
The post was made by an individual on twitter who I tried to copy.
I tried a few times to replicate, and it didnt work the HTLM. In the end i just gave up. Simple as that.
AND
Chris C............ I had 13 years of fantastic prosperity from the labour government.
I was born very poor and have now leaped up the social stairs.
I still vote who I think should be best to run the country as a whole and have voted Tory twice.
The link to the deficit cover up is how I saw it before the tory MP blasted it out on twitter (I am a past practising economist) and showed Cameron and the others for what they are worth........NOTHING.
Labour will walk the next G Election with this crowd in, dont forget Cameron didnt win the last election, he needed the lib dems who now are relegated to oblivion.

Morning GF and thankyou for your honesty and balanced views. My truck as always is against Fred the Red or as I affectionally call him 'Gobshite of the year' (recurring) who wouldn't know a balanced view if it smacked him in the face imo of course. He has posted incessant shite on numerous boards on this site for years. It is all tongue in cheek of course and in the best possible taste :O)
Time will tell re the next General Election. Thank God (or the kitchen sink, whatever gets you through the night) we live in a democracy and have that choice. My view for what it is worth is that the Conservatives are on a loser no matter what they do. History has a tendancy to repeat itself. Conservatives win General Elections due to the fact that Labour are inept at balancing the books, however once elected and successfully get close to that goal, they become complacent and divorce themselves from the electorate and the whole process regurgitates once more. So at best I am cynical.
My immediate reaction (bearing in mind my last comment) to the credibility of the author of your post is if that guy is a Conservative I'll show my arse in Lewis's. Sorry.
As for the Fred's and TANKERS of this world, where would we be :O) M I'll predict your next comment .

N,
You are being harsh.
I think in simple terms the creation of wealth is a reasonable goal.
As it was explained to me when I was very young, it is the manner and/or at whose expense the wealth is created.
Also, important is how the wealth once created is utilised when it is been or after it is created.
Many businesses are very successful and generated great wealth for the owners, those who worked for them and also the community in general. (Cadbury's)
The problem is what is valuable and why it is considered valuable. (The imponderable! One may know why it is "valuable" to oneself, or even others, but why is often the question)
Also, becoming wealthy from little is often an achievement in itself. Observing many who were financially "wealthy", it was the skill level and developing the"know how" which gave those their pleasure.
Sometimes, it was proving "themselves" against "themselves".

Have to admit that the present gaiety tory party is really coming of age on the important matters.
Can see we are in for a gay time at the next election, which could be called the "Gaiety Stakes".
All bets are on The Cameroon and Becky for the Murdock Gold Cup.

I respect your view Chris C, and everybodys view.
You learn from other people, and in trading/investing you never stop learning.
Would be an awfull life if we all agreed on everything.
Rich to me is knowledge, gaining knowledge.... not material wealth like a lot think/aspire to.
Anyway Im getting ready for the Manchester Dearby. Come on UTD. Although I have a sneeking suspicion Tourre will put one over us again.
Laters chaps.

Tax Row 'Helping John Lewis Online Sales'
Retailer John Lewis has said it may be seeing the first signs of a consumer backlash against companies consumers believe are trying to avoid tax.
Speaking to Sky's Dermot Murnaghan, managing director Andy Street said sales at the firm's online arm have been boosted in the wake of the tax controversy.
Johnlewis.com's major competitor is Amazon.com - one of the company's targeted by campaigners.
Mr Street said: "If we look at our online trade, the last three weeks have been really dramatic. The increases there are about 40% year-on-year.
"That coincides with the observations about paying corporation tax and I think our customers expect John Lewis to be a responsible business in every sense of that.
"That extends from the conditions in the supply chain through to paying the right amount of corporation tax."
The company said it recorded its best ever online sales of £7.3m on the first Monday in December. Dubbed Mega Monday, that is the day people returned to work after payday and could place orders online in time to arrive for Christmas.

Western leaders cannot afford to sleep through this; the consequences are simply too grave."
"While Egypt was unable to provide medicine to the victims of the train crash in Assiut, it has sent millions of dollars worth of medicine to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip."
"Morsi may be president of Egypt, but he is not governing the country for the benefit of its citizens. He is using it as a platform to implement the objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood."
"The day before the accident, he gave a speech in which he condemned Israel in angry and emotional terms for 25 minutes. The day of the accident in Assiut, Morsi spoke about the tragedy for about two minutes, in rambling and incoherent terms."
"Dealing with the material needs of the Egyptian people is not high on Morsi's agenda. A few weeks ago, his government indicated its goal of raising $100 million dollars to block pornographic websites in Egypt. However, they have done little, if anything about Egypt's major drug problem, which apparently played a role in the train tragedy in Assiut."
"The Muslim Brotherhood simply cannot be trusted on either a domestic or international level. Dishonesty is part of the organization's DNA, as evidenced by its broken promises to the Egyptian electorate..."

Very nice words from Brian May -
Queen guitarist Brian May paid tribute to a "dear friend and a kind of father figure to me".
He said: "Patrick will be mourned by the many to whom he was a caring uncle, and by all who loved the delightful wit and clarity of his writings, or enjoyed his fearlessly eccentric persona in public life.
"Patrick is irreplaceable. There will never be another Patrick Moore. But we were lucky enough to get one."
