Stan , Charlie and QPR deserve each other ... both shite :-)

"Undisclosed fee" ... roflmao , Burnley don't want anyone to know they now got 50p to rebuild a team.

Dil - 03 Aug 2013 02:22 - 1956 of 6918

... and says a lot for Cheltenham scoring 1 and not conceding 4 unlike some , keep them coming Stan :-)

Dil - 03 Aug 2013 02:23 - 1957 of 6918

Maybe you could spend your 50p on their goalscorer :-)

Dil - 03 Aug 2013 21:06 - 1958 of 6918

Joint top for a couple of hours then normal service was resumed :)

Stan - 06 Aug 2013 14:07 - 1959 of 6918

Oh yes undefeated against one of the favourites to go up!.. which shows just what a promising team we have. Charlie, Charlie who? -):

And now onto the road to Wembley with a tricky but not insurmountable task at York City in tonight's League Cup encounter.

PS. I see your Thread on the Traders side is still stagnant.. just like your football team -):

Norwich v Everton first game of the season. Someone has offered me their seat for the match if the weather stays fine (they will be playing cricket). Grant Holt now gone to Wigan and lots of new boys playing for Delia......we shall see! Early season games can go either way.

Chris Carson - 06 Aug 2013 15:24 - 1961 of 6918

Couple of new boys playing for Everton too Harry, plus a new manager who has no problem negotiating with Barcelona for players :O)

HARRYCAT - 06 Aug 2013 15:35 - 1962 of 6918

Based on history we might see a draw, but not too unhappy with that so long as there are a few goals! Are you trying to scare me mentioning Barcelona? Well, we've got..........er.......a guy from Argentina who went to Barcelona B...and then Leeds! :o)

Chris Carson - 06 Aug 2013 15:57 - 1963 of 6918

Not trying to scare you Harry usually a good match. Just having a go at 'Dithering Davie' who can't seem to attract a fly to Old Trafford let alone Fabregas :O) Best not speak to soon though, as a last resort he may out of desperation poach Baines and Fellaini, be glad when transfer window is closed.

HARRYCAT - 06 Aug 2013 16:22 - 1964 of 6918

Osman, Fellaini & Baines are all signed up 'til summer 2015, though contracts seem to be breakable at any time these days.

Chris Carson - 06 Aug 2013 16:36 - 1965 of 6918

Exactly, roll on midnight 31st August.

Stan - 07 Aug 2013 17:19 - 1966 of 6918

The superior Clarets go sailing through http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23499462

On a lovely sunny evening 4 goals with no reply... and only £1.80 for a pint of Sam Smith's OBB, it doesn't get much better -):

8th August 2013.

CARDIFF CITY FOOTBALL CLUB PLEDGE A MILLION POUND PREMIER LEAGUE DONATION TO LOCAL COMMUNITY CHARITIES

More than your transfer budget Stan and we're giving it away :-)

Stan - 10 Aug 2013 08:28 - 1968 of 6918

"More than your transfer budget Stan and we're giving it away :-)"

.. After selling Chas we got zillions and you know it -):

"CARDIFF CITY FOOTBALL CLUB PLEDGE A MILLION POUND PREMIER LEAGUE DONATION TO LOCAL COMMUNITY CHARITIES"

Obviously your lot are getting into practice at giving things away as your defense will be doing plenty of that this winter

Dil - 11 Aug 2013 02:13 - 1969 of 6918

Make a note of this Stan "Pitbull" :) ... best signing yet imo , more to come next week.

I see my tips have played 5 won 5 , geez I know my onions :-)

HARRYCAT - 11 Aug 2013 09:29 - 1970 of 6918

CC - Looks like you have lost Phil Neville, Hitzlsperger & Mucha. Players in are Kone & Alcaraz from Wigan, Robels from Ath Madrid & Deulofue on loan from Barcelona. Looks like the finances won't stretch to much more this year for the Toffees, though I bet Martinez is on a good package!

Chris Carson - 11 Aug 2013 09:49 - 1971 of 6918

Martinez is on nowhere near dithering Davie was 5 mil. Mucha showed a lot of promise when Howard was injured so that transfer may be regrettable. Neville was finished as a player and was dropped by Moyes (not before time) after the Wigan FA Cup match, Hitzlsperger was never given a chance by Moyes so we will never know. Under Martinez the squad is stronger, there is a buzz around Goodison. If Moyes out of desperation comes in for Baines he wont be sold for peanuts, ditto for Fellaini.

Stan - 12 Aug 2013 18:04 - 1972 of 6918

"Make a note of this Stan "Pitbull" :) ... best signing yet imo , more to come next week."

OK clever dick, what minute of the 1st game is Medel going to be yellow carded?.. the 1st or 2nd?

Chris Carson - 14 Aug 2013 14:10 - 1973 of 6918

COME ON ENGLAND! I do hope Alex Salmond is in attendance at Wembley tonight waving his little saltire. If only (metaphorically speaking of course) to witness it being shoved up his fat ignorant arse. Even better if photographed and on the front page of the Scottish edition of The Daily Telegraph :O)

Dil - 14 Aug 2013 17:12 - 1974 of 6918

Already been nicknamed Gary Mental by the Cardiff fans ... he's gonna be a legend :-)
