Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

davspeed, check Tools/Internet Options/General Tab/Temporary Internet Files/Settings. Should say Automatically at the top. You may have changed it to something else for the home dial-up.

Ian back to normal for the moment!

Having had to rebuild my pc and re-install Xp recently , I am now unable to receive streaming Watchlist or charts. Please could you remind me what IE settings have to be adjusted to receive streaming.

what parts of MoneyAM are you trying to access?

Can you please post the output of the following:

go to start menu, click 'run' type in 'cmd' and press enter.

then please type in:
tracert www.moneyam.com

and post the output on here please.

Iain how did u copy and paste that?

TP just go to the top of the cmd screen, click on the very top right of it, do edit/select all then edit/copy move to the windows browser and do edit/paste.
