Never a true word spoken Big Ale! Do it properly or not at all!
Or maybe at your age do it any way you can ;o)

Oh, Big Ale, we all go through a renovation stage. don't worry ;o)

Spaceman - 27 Nov 2004 21:25 - 19664 of 23498

Al, yes it does need a complete strip but I want to get another couple of years out of it, as it adjoins the next house but he does not want to rplace his. Its not in that bad condition but I have got a couple of small leaks, I am planning to coat it in Flexacrly, the whole roof is flat. It taken me two days to get most of the gravel off and wash the roof down, its 3 stories up!

That website is mainly for a roofer friend to look at and let me know what he thinks.

Right now I am going to watch the DVD.

See you all later.

brock - ur almost as cheeky as that choccy. I'll manage! ;-))

Space - not sure how there's no dividing wall on the roof - unusual. The DVD looks an Oscar winner to me. ;-))

Right, I'm off to chill out in true 70's fashion. Now where's that bong? LOL!

brockman - 27 Nov 2004 21:31 - 19667 of 23498
