Spaceman - 28 Nov 2004 00:42 - 19685 of 23498

Morning all, just watched "boogie Nights" I thought it was crap GF loved it, we must be compatible ;-)

Anyway I just wanted to bring you all an update on my CD cataloguing, I know you must have all be thinking about it, well with the new software I am now up to 157 Albums several of which are multi disk ones so the total number of disks is 172, I still estimate the total will be about 700 but we shall see.

Fundie, yes your right I was born on this day 46 years ago, however by some strange method I am only 28.

amberjane - 28 Nov 2004 01:11 - 19686 of 23498

Was that this day or yesterday....whatever

HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYYYY

and by the way i like the way you count your years, so that makes me 25!!! Yippee!

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 09:59 - 19687 of 23498

Happy Birthday I think it's Spaceman who's a year older and wiser
(supposedly!) today, so enjoy your day however you're spending it
and there's the usual special chocolate cake in the tin marked
"Birthdays Etc" so tuck in....... :>)

Another potentially wet day appears to be in the offing, looking outside
sky is going a very unfriendly shade of pewter grey.... :>(

jj50 - 28 Nov 2004 10:03 - 19688 of 23498

Happy birthday, Spaceman ........ and save some cake for Lamby :-)

Morning stockbunny, same colour outside here... heading off on my first taxi run of the day.

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 10:06 - 19689 of 23498

HI JJ - Hope you get some time to yourself amid the taxi runs today
and some sunshine - I thought we were getting all the crap today and
you all further north were going to get some sunshine? Well someone's
got short-changed somewhere then!! ;>)

Spaceman - 28 Nov 2004 10:11 - 19690 of 23498

Morning all, yes its my birthday today, thanks for your greetings, I am certainly no wiser ...

That's naughty Lamb got up in the night and ate all the cake so there is none left for me, oh well I need to lose a pound or 50 ;-)

Fundamentalist - 28 Nov 2004 10:38 - 19691 of 23498

Morning All, everybody enjoying the pleasures of the Java update :-)

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 10:51 - 19694 of 23498

Morning All,
Opto - re java...
Oh don't...thanks for email by the way..not very wise on this,
obviously we have it but which version...duh?..not a clue!
Which download is it on that page Opto?

optomistic - 28 Nov 2004 11:05 - 19695 of 23498

Morning Bunny, The second one down on the list:

The J2SE Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
1.4.2_06

I had the 05 installed and the Java site update said I had the latest update, so I presume that 06 has an update beyond that. All done now working fine and no vulnerabilities (check for those on the other link) Good luck! Any doubts come back to me I'm around all morning.

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 11:07 - 19696 of 23498

Ok will do - thanks! :>)

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 11:18 - 19697 of 23498

Opto - you have mail - and I have total confusion....
No comments please!

optomistic - 28 Nov 2004 11:33 - 19698 of 23498

You will get there Bunny, I'll make you a pot of tea and what about a danish.
All a lot of fun this AM and lets face it I don't think you will be on your own in confusion. It's all straightforward when you have done it!!

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 11:48 - 19699 of 23498

A brandy chaser with the tea may be the order of the morning at this rate
some days we just aren't meant to do some things... :>(

stockbunny - 28 Nov 2004 11:57 - 19700 of 23498

Ok dinner needs cooking, I'll return to the joys of java upgrades
on Monday!!! Have a good day all, thanks for your help Opto
unfortunately time right now is not with me to finish sorting this out
:>)

Socrates - 28 Nov 2004 11:57 - 19701 of 23498

Good morning all. Rainy day here in Cheltenham. Never mind, nought to do except relax and take a quick visit to the antique fair at the racecourse.

I'm still trying to work out what the question about "hookers" is all about. Have I missed something in the translation?

Brockman, how's your water? All mopped up and sorted I trust. Was it "operator error" or equipment failure?
