TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Likewise and why has FTSE become 15mins delayed?

Xargon - 10 Aug 2004 09:27 - 200 of 616

Logged out, restarted browser, cleared cache, and all I have is Level2 and news. No stockwatch no trades. Not good.

gurumaister - 10 Aug 2004 09:28 - 201 of 616

Same here, Mr Tullett. No Stockwatch.

SueHelen - 10 Aug 2004 09:31 - 202 of 616

Same here I'm afraid, stockwatch and trades still not working.

SueHelen - 10 Aug 2004 09:32 - 203 of 616

Aahhh stockwatch is working now, try pressing CTRL and F5 together guys which will reload the applets, should work after that.

2Richard2 - 10 Aug 2004 09:38 - 204 of 616

Yes streaming is back, shame the FTSE 100 streaming is delayed now.

SueHelen - 10 Aug 2004 09:40 - 205 of 616

Hi Richard, the FTSE 100 streaming will stay delayed now by fifteen minutes. Apparently we were enjoying the FTSE100 streaming free for the last few months as FTSE100 streaming is only available to those who have a plus subscription such as Active Plus. I am on Active and if we look at the subscription page it does not state that we should be enjoying FTSE100 streaming.

john50 - 10 Aug 2004 09:45 - 206 of 616

streaming back on. Sue cant be very pleasant not being active

mrsigns - 10 Aug 2004 09:52 - 207 of 616

2Richard2 - 10 Aug 2004 09:59 - 208 of 616

Look at yesterdays posts on Stockwatch & Quotes thread - might help.

Just noticed that in Stockwatch, the Buy Vol, Sell Vol and ? Vol totals don't add up to the Cum Vol in some cases. Perhaps it was always so or is this another bug in the new system?

Also just noticed that in the % col of Stockwatch some of the figures have the % sign after them and some don't. Just curious.

brain2brain - 10 Aug 2004 10:07 - 210 of 616

Ian

I seem to have a mismatch (several of them in fact) between what I see on stockwatch and what I see in my portfolio. I don't believe it is a time delay. For example TPT is showing a small loss in my portfolio but a small gain in stockwatch. This discrepancy has been there for some time.

Cheers

B2B

Is this discrepancy just a matter of a few pounds?

Tokyo - 10 Aug 2004 10:41 - 212 of 616

I have the same problem between my portfolio and stockwatch, my portfolio is showing some stock up (PET), which is actually down today and some down which have actually not moved (FBT)

Oakapples142 - 10 Aug 2004 10:44 - 213 of 616

Can we have an official expla nation please on why FTSE delayed 15 mins without prior warning - management has gone a little quiet this morning.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 10 Aug 2004 10:45 - 214 of 616

brain2brain,

Portfolio uses delayed prices (15 mins) and stockwatch uses live prices (all live prices apart from the FTSE ticker at the top of the page, unless you are on a + level)
