All I meant by that last paragraph was Edgar has an eye on things in an advisory role, Im sure if they need advice on entering a territory or deal he is there on hand with bags of experience of increasing turnover and fortunes of companies...
And on the note of his appointment, strange that the wal mart deal came about just days after his acceptance of an advisory role.
Darren Shaw has been involved - yes, but the guys I mentioned have been quite instrumental in bringing the majority of these deals home.
Edit - sorry about that. When I copied it is was in pure Mandarin. Whne I posted it it came out as ?????. It was only ever intended for the educated few.
Bella Media to set up 3-D cinema in Athens
AFX
LONDON (AFX) - Bella Media PLC announced a deal to develop a 3-D large format cinema in central Athens.
The company said it signed a letter of intent with International Advantage Inc, a Greek-American real-estate developer, and its Greek film and entertainment subsidiary, Renaissance Entertainment SA.
Bella will be the majority and managing partner in the joint venture and IAC will be the developer of the property as well as a shareholder in the venture.
Bella said the deal is in line with its plans to establish a global presence in the fast-growing 'edutainment' market at major tourist destinations.
Another company mentioned in the Times today looking to float soon and bring pay tv to the Arab states called Showtime Arabia--this sector is hotting up!
The Mail on Sunday-"Bella Media-Shares in the 1.6 tiddler edged up 0.02p to 0. 14p on report of expansion plans for the Far East. That may be, but what some sources expect is a share issue to raise funds. significantly, Edgar Bronfman the US Billionaire behind the vast Seagram entertainment business holds a board seat at Balla Media and is planning to put up some of his own money for the fund raising. A roadshow to attract investors is thought to be underway."
Maybe we shouldn't take too much notice of Bella Vista whose sp goes up and down like a fiddler's elbow, even so the chart suggests that it bottomed out last Autumn and has since headed up, adding another 37% yesterday. "Everything hotting up", as MP remarked. This must all help PCM's upward momentum at some stage.

Didn't mean to put million billion! just billion.. thanks.
With so many shares in issue does anybody think they'll be share consolidation and what will be the pro's and con's? Theoretically consolidation shouldn't be a problem as far as share value is protected in my opinion. Its just a balancing act between the number of shares in issue and the value of the companys equity.
Really like the look of the new board and the direction the company is taking, long term this has massive potential.

There may be share consolidation it wouldn't do any harm, don't forget this share did get to 15 or 17p in the mad days. Patience will be rewarded as mp puts it, a good one to accumulate while we are waiting.
